2021 “When the world orbits way too fast, people aim to live more slowly” In photography, each memory is processed by brain, eyes and concentration leaving a feeling of spiritual values. Photography allows us to pay more attention to the details of our surroundings as the foundation of photography is to create the perspectives we have. Those new perspectives tend to be the ones we would love to discover and represent. Therefore, photography makes us happy when we are able to develop our perspectives and discover new things. When it comes to shooting and traveling, we, meanwhile, get to spend time with ourselves. Many would think of happiness, fun stories that we enjoy or activities we look forward to but never get a chance to do. Photography lets us spend more time on our own; moreover, we can keep those memories and look back at them later. Although time passes by, feelings, memories and atmospheres are collected within photographs. This is the idea to study and create a camera institution and print media for those who are interested to gather in order to exchange knowledge and experience through the presentation of photographs.

Gen Z, the new generation aims to lifestyles, passions, dispassions, interests and disinterests conveyed through interior designs with location in the heart of the city. To integrate with identities varied on diversities of thoughts, beginning with finding the definition, studying behaviors and the needs of Gen z in order to know the sources. Yet, this generation’s one significant thing is that they like to live together in a community to link the knowledge and share stories among each other. Framing the area of study, collecting data used in designing based on the purposes, emerged the idea of a boutique hotel which has the background story of creating stories in one own’s life (My Story, My Journey) that is unique and reflecting the different and new identity of Gen Z.

Nowadays, Bangkok has social and cultural diversities as both foreign and Thai travelers have come to learn its art and cultures. Learning Bangkok Corrections Museum is therefore interesting for building hotels. The present problem is that it is left unused. With this point, I have noticed that the place is valuable for businesses gaining revenue back to the owner of the museum. The project studying Bangkok Corrections Museum is the source and importance to attract foreigners travelers who are interested in the project to come learn about the history as well as to expand the greater growth of the hotel industry. Impacting on the improvement of accommodation service, this could serve the needs of the customers and create satisfaction and memories with this place. The Corrections Museum (Mahachai Road) is consequently outstanding based on the location in the heart of Bangkok which could easily attract visitors. The project would build up the atmosphere of the feeling of the classic building combined with the unique local cultures of the nearby community. 2021 Today, consumers focus on values above costs. The obvious change is the attitude changed from more needs to better needs which means good quality in better usage, better design and making better experience. Consumers usually choose things that are worthy of their price and have sustainability above all. Therefore, we choose to study seafood consumers in 4 types in order to understand their needs and to apply it. Now, there is an increasing market competition and using the needs of consumers to design internal functions and present interior design projects in a form of organization’s branding as an intermediary in doing domestic community businesses and opening the learning for students and general people or fishermen community in each local.

Today, Insomnia is so common to us that some might not even know that they have it. The symptoms of Insomnia are a.) to not be able to fall asleep, b.) to find it hard to fall asleep, c.) to not fall asleep deep enough that it is impossible to go back to sleep. If these symptoms repeat for an amount of time, it may affect your health. Therefore, I study the symptoms of Insomnia in order to design Wellness & Resort which represents the arrangement of furniture, room interior design as well as the design of the program used in the project that can help the Insomnia symptoms treatment cure and treat patients to get back at normal stage of sleep as much as possible.

Pramansri Building is an abandoned building due to the move of a new office. Still, the building remains its beauty and it is not used inside. Hence, came the idea of ‘Sangthong Thai Literature Study to a Renovation of Pramansri Building to a Boutique Hotel Project’. The purpose is to revive the building and to bring Kok Moo community which has soon-to-be-extinct Chatree Drama to play in a form of the story of Sangtong, one of the Thai local literatures; moreover, to remain the building and Chatree Drama in value and not to fade as the time passes by. Using this way could help them to be more easily accessible for the new generation to see the value of local literature plays and for them to be widely known.

Omni-Directional Wellness Center for Obesity Patients Design Project
Skateboarding Promotion and Development Center Interior Design Project
Being overweight is one of the diseases neglected by people. By ‘obesity’ or being ‘overweight’, there are more than 25% of Thai population and increasing to 48.8% of the working population. Obesity is the beginning of other diseases affecting overall health as weak, physical fitness performance, daily movement and self-help to deteriorate. After studying about obesity, I am inspired to build a wellness center for obesity patients in order to attribute spaces for users to exercise more. The purpose is not to make users better their body types but to make everyone alter their routine habits guiding them to a right path of living and to achieve better health.
Skateboards are popular again in Thailand but its image as teenagers’ impetus tools, skateboards are seen as an inappropriate sport. With few places to skate and not fully supported, there are property break-ins which bring broadly social unacceptance. Therefore, this project wishes to support skateboarding lovers to have a quality and safe space to skate. It is also the gathering point of those who are interested in skateboards to discuss and share ideas encouraging professional athletes to compete on the international level.

New Version of Wellness Center Supporting Exercises Design
Physical Fitness Development Center and Center of Police Tero Club Fans Project
Nowadays, our lifestyles have been changed a lot. Most of the people must work in front of computers. Sitting all day long with a pile of documents which limits movement of the body, together with hustling and competition that can create cumulative stress, these are the causes of most people’s worsened health as well as neglecting exercise and the lack of movement in a form of daily workout. Teens nowadays tend to find new trends to workout to motivate personal potential but with the lack of knowledge and understanding, it disturbs effective physical results and sometimes it even creates following injuries. Such workout is considered as ineffective that makes the workout boring a lot of times. Since the location does not support such activity while modern gyms are too expensive leading people to exercise less. This project is not only about a new version of workout space but also a place that is more easily accessible that urges people in this new generation to workout.
BEC TERO Club (former name) is a team full of history. Back in the old days, the team was prosperous but today it was in a downturn. Therefore, we aim to bring back the prosperity to the team by doing research about the factors that brought the team down. Interviewing football fans, we have noticed the problem which is the union as well as inefficient sport science that made the team face such a situation.

Fragrances and Scents Therapy Study to Siam 1982’s Rebranding to Spa BusinessDesign
Psychology of Color on Emotions to Contemporary Chinese Hotel Interior Design
Since I am interested in fragrances and scents used in therapy, the idea of them to apply in such an area then came along and that is called ‘aromatherapy’. The name itself reflects the meaning behind it, as ‘aroma’ stands for ‘a pleasant smell’ while ‘therapy’ means a kind of treatment. Therefore, I would love to study about fragrances and scents used in the spa industry as well as how Siam 1928 brand rebranded. Siam 1928 is the city of scented water that has been with Thai people for 91 years offering scents based on flowers and Thai herbs. The source of each scent comes from the mixture of 3 essential ingredients; personal experience, Thailand’s experience and customers’ experience. Personal experience is the talent and expertise in selecting ingredients and noticing possibilities in using those in Thai style in order to create new scents. Thailand’s experience is taking cultural costs; for instance, the Story of Nandivisala, history and every culture that is related to Thailand to combine into stories altogether with future probabilities. Customers’ experiences are to be integrated to create a collective scent. Nowadays, Siam 1928 has 2 collections of perfume which are ‘3 Seasons of Thailand Collection’ and ‘The Interpretation of the Moon Collection’. The heart is to preserve Thai identity within the fragrances. Yet, Siam 1928 has not reached the spa market and that is the reason why the brand aims to pursue Thai scented water to emerge in Thai spa industry using Thai scented water integrated between modernity and the scent of ancient Thai style. Seen as a fusion, new generation of Thai people then are able to revise towards Thai scented water as well as escalate the brand to be competitive in the spa industry compared to other brands. Adding a new line of products relevant to the spa industry, the brand insists to maintain the uniqueness of its scented water and pitch it to the modernity. Most importantly, its unique scent of flowers and Thai herbs that would be passed through new perception.
Color is one of the elements in designs. The impacts of color on emotions of the seers are various based on Psychology and could convey different emotions based on each tone of the color. While color holds power to possibly make some parts narrow, wide, sharp or even blur, color significantly has such power to activate joint emotions in interior designs. This project studies the science of color mixture with Chinese cultures, interestingly designs contemporary Chinese hotels and differentiates from general Chinese hotels.

Ancient Beliefs Telling Around Giant Swing Study to Thai Restaurant Design Project
The design of Levi’s shop got a concept from a smelting plant because Levi’s jeans had its beginning from producing jeans for miners digging for ores in the mine at that time. Consequently, this project was provided to design Levi’s shop which is like the kingdom of Levi’s that is covered with a mine-like atmosphere when walking inside and finding perfect items for your daily life in the middle of smelting plant atmosphere.
Old school tattoos were born in the early 20th century, the golden era of navigation. Hence, an inspiration to design sharp, yet not complex lines like old school tattoos, was ignited using only a few shades of color as well as the elements of sailboats to design. The design brings the feeling of navigation which was the beginning of old school tattoos which each sailor got tattooed in order to symbolize meanings. It is like igniting inspiration for those who want to get tattooed to imagine along as if they were sailors getting tattooed to express their own identity, love, journeys, important things and moral support through a sailboat named ‘Mahaniyom Studio.
When it comes to Thai identity, we often think of traditions, rites, cultures and stories that have been told from generations to generations and still remain as ‘beliefs’. The purpose is to take these ancient beliefs to spread to younger generations in order to absorb and get to know about those legendary stories in the past so that they will remain and be told which could be said that “like the past, like the present”.

Racing Tracks Study and Promotion to a Car Community
Pet Community to Reduce Bangkians’ Stress
Today, there are still only few quality racing tracks in Thailand while this type of sport is paid a lot of attention to and has continually been developed. In the past there were only a few kinds of car racings which were flat track racing, Go Kart racing, 400 meters straight track racing and car racing that focused on techniques. Nowadays, quality racing tracks do not support various types of existing car racings including a low number of domestic professional racers as well as the lack of schools for professional-level racers. WIth the reasons mentioned above, there consequently are many forms of car racing track that lack quality consisting of closing public streets in villages and department store car parks deficient in safety and certified quality. Accordingly, a car racing track project is ignited in order to grant the needs and support a development creating an impressive image for car racings in Thailand. Currently, technology has been so much developed and modernized supporting people, who are interested in sports racing cars, to be able to access it more easily with low costs and safety and it also reduces a lot of accidents. WIth all these reasons, they will positively impact car racings broadly and diversely as an alternative for people who would like to join car racings.
In order to support alternative therapies using pets in treatment, the project provides dogs and cats as therapists to treat patients who choose the service, while there are experts monitoring closely along with places supporting all kinds of therapy.

With its abundance in nature and enchanted community well balancing in adjusting with the change of seasons. Everything in community is interestingly unique but the access is still hard if you do not have a car. Brand loyalty is the thing that the company prioritizes even though it has to adapt along the global trends but history, values and the charisma are something that is touchable by everyone. When we see or hear the name ‘Harley-Davidson’, we all know what its character is and how different it is from other brands. One thing is equally important is that there are loyal customers who always support the company regardless of the change of product lines, strategies, or production base, these fans would still always support. The truth is a lot of Harley-Davidson owners do not consider whether to buy or not based on the price but on the belief, faith and love that they have for this brand. Nowadays, the number of Harley-Davidson lovers in Thailand have increasingly and continuously grown which can be seen from the births of gatherings and clubs of those who are passionate about riding while they would have their own names for each group. There are groups of these bikers not less than 10 groups in every province in Thailand which apparently shows that Harley-Davidson bikes are very popular in this country.

Due to the trend of the game industry and the issue of ‘E-Sports, games, sports, businesses and Thai teens’ we have seen a lot of views both positive and negative. There are goods and bads mixed in every industry but how can we strengthen the good side to be noticeable and concrete before the bad side can? Definitely, we must find something to develop the game industry to move forward in the right direction. Nowadays, the clearest picture is that the word ‘E-Sports’ is under the spotlight of Thai people as there are a lot of them walking towards the international stage. Interior Design Under the Concept of Adding Values to Abandoned Wastes from Furniture Industry In the era of industrial expansion consuming a number of resources in product processing, there is currently a global change creating a lot of environmental problems and one of them is global warming which is the cause of natural disasters and increasing devastations.Environmental awareness makes humans interested in finding solutions by reducing, reusing, recycling from leftover materials and some from furniture manufactory through recycling in order to reuse or transform them into new ones. One of most-used materials is wooden spills from industrial processing, such as spills from wooden frames, laminate scraps, plywood scraps or other wooden materials that cannot be processed. Such a process can reduce wooden materials consumption, while it needs to consume more electricity in many steps. As noticed, there are possibly alternatives to add in recycling unwanted material process which aims to reduce consuming energy in processing by means of using wooden spills from furniture manufactory that has 10% fraction of unwanted material from processing in architectural work and interior design, for instance, furniture, cupboard, bed, showcase and vice versa. Camping Tourism Experience Study for Design Work
Victorian Art and Architecture Study to Apply in Hotel Design
Nowadays, there is a lot more tourism in various styles and one of them is camping which is popular and widely spread at the moment. It is a tourism to seek new experiences and today people give importance to traveling with family spending time with them. Meanwhile, nature tourism or camping also has obstacles in inconvenience, area safety and peace. Still, there is now a development and an innovation for camping erasing old perception of camping. This project then offers the camping tourism development project to improve design work creating a space for family activities which helps making experience from doing family-friendly activities and connecting bonds among family members and other campers. The space is defined under the concept ‘Culture Camper’.
The Victorian Era (1837-1901) was the powerful era of England that had abundant cultural diversities and rapid industrial growth leading to a domestic abrupt change. Apart from the prosperity of science and art, it also included architecture. The idea of ‘Victorian Art and Architecture Study to Apply in Hotel Design Project’ then came to mind. The inspiration comes from the Victorian era, the golden era of England, bringing the key essence of architecture, luxury and classic to integrate with the modern era making it more modern through interior presentation.

Koh Tao is an island that travelers from across the world must visit once in a lifetime. With the well-known beauty of the underwater world, there are turtles and sharks that can be commonly seen. Even the beauty of the sea, beaches and viewpoints are also outstanding. Being an island really far from the mainland, in the past beaches were full of turtles seeking areas for spawning because it was peaceful and quiet without human habitats. Later, there were people starting to live on the island and discovering beautiful coral reefs surrounding the island. Therefore, it was developed into an attraction and considered as one of the diving points that both Thai and foreign travelers pay attention to the most as it is the second largest diving point following Australia. Warm lifestyles of people who live on the island, abundant and charming nature, outstanding scenery are weaved through a design to ultimately promote Thailand’s nature tourism.

New generations start to pay more attention to taking care of both their physical and mental health today. Since everyone lives their lives restlessly in this new generation, it affects the change of lifestyles of people in the society which are hustling and reducing attention to themselves while increasing it to the surroundings; work and socialization. This might make one feel the stress and exhaustion extending to social, environmental, air, water and sound pollution problems as well as routines. Moreover, mental health can also be affected in this case. People also ignore doing exercise and taking some rest which are the causes of risk to diseases. The idea to develop the Cheevasom brand is that the brand was originally only known among foreigners; therefore, Cheevasom was brought into development in a new form through developmental process and to extend customer markets. In order to serve the current global trend and to make it known among Thai, teenagers and working people that they can access the brand more broadly without traveling miles, we have moved Cheevasom to the city center of Bangkok supporting an opportunity to be well known and easily accessible.

Organika House Brand Development to Resort Design Organika House comes from the word ‘organic’ which is the heart of the brand that integrates natural essences. Organika is inspired by the Secret Garden, a novel written by Frances Hodgson Burnett. The novel is about a little girl named Mary who discovered a secret garden inside her uncle’s house and the garden has a special power in healing both mental and physical health. Willing to make Organika House as a place is relax rather than a spa, therefore ignited the interest in developing it into a resort that serve mental and physical relaxation under the concept ‘the Secret Garden’ which conveys an escaping life from chaos to a peaceful place enables us to forget the messy world outside with its hidden mysterious stories awaiting to be discovered.

Minimalistic Style Study to a Boutique Hotel
Brutalist Architecture Study for Boutique Hotel Design
With the intention to study the principles of minimalistic style design, elements of decoration, the meanings of lines created by men affecting on emotions and the meanings of color in emotions; therefore, I bring the principles of minimalistic design to a boutique hotel by means of using wavy and oblique lines to arrange space that creates connection in the area and integrate it with the mixture of shades of color.
Brutalist Architecture is one of the modern architecture designs born in England’s industrial revolution era between the 18th-20th century. During the era, architecture had not been popular yet consequently, Brutalist Architecture was gradually less popular. In 1955, Brutalist Architecture was mentioned again reviving it back to the society. Therefore, the idea to adapt it with hotel design by taking old Brutalist Architecture to blend in modernity in order to let people access architecture that was once seen as brutal and hard to access in the old days. Now, it is known as ‘New Brutalist Architecture’.

Eye Disabled Persons School Suggesting
The Identity of Khomapastr Fabric Promotion and Study to Khomapastr Textiles Center Design
Eye disabled persons or blind people receive such low opportunities today. Not only theoretically but also practically, living is also considered as important for them including Braille alphabets, cane usage, primary swimming skills or using other senses. A lot of eye disabled persons do not get a chance to learn these things. Some of them cannot even read Braille alphabets. Lacking of white canes, they then must use their hands to navigate along walkways or even sensing smells, which are good or which are expired. Being able to acknowledge primarily enables them to prepare oneself before living their lives outside and not seen as social burdens so that they can live in the society with quality. “Having a school that does not only provide teaching academically but also life experiences”.
‘Khomaostr’ is the only fabric brand that remains handmade work in Thailand, from Hua Hin. The beauty of Khomapastr fabric is the love for Thainess absorbed in every detail. It is the expert in handmade fabrics. Its screening blocks are made from hand-drawn patterns. Hands and eyes are used in pursuing delicacy onto each of fabric with concentration. Today, Khomapastr fabrics are produced and adjusted in patterns to be more modern and interesting in order to respond to the needs of people in new generations since they might be less interested and find Thai fabrics less popular. This is where it leads to the idea of creating this project in order to study the origin of Khomapastr fabrics to a large textiles and textile learning center of all goods relevant to Khomapastr brand production developing Khomapstr textiles to be popular again and more widely known.

Thai Contemporary Khon Arts Promotion and Development Institution Interior Design I feel that today’s world Khon play is rare to watch and younger generations seem to not care about it as much as people in the past. I am one of those who neglect. Back in the old days I used to play Khon before, so I feel like Khon is an art, a great high-class play yet fun and should be developed and preserved so that it can survive for people from younger generations to understand and interest in it more.

Cacao Study to the Community of Research and Development
Woodworker Vocational Training Center Study and Development
The Study of Children Between Age 0-12 Years Old to Art School Design
Due to bad domestic economic situations, Thailand’s main economic plants, for example, rubbers, palms, sugarcanes, and vice versa have decreased in price left farmers who plant this type of plant in struggling places. Yet, cacao is another plant that is highly demanded in both Thai and world markets. Since the blast of the news about cacao, there has been such social awakening but if observed primary data, it shows that farmers still have insufficient knowledge about this kind of plant. Moreover, entrepreneurs who would buy the plant still lack the knowledge of processing and development of cacao. Therefore, this project is the intermediator between farmers and entrepreneurs to study about the capacity of cacao in order to enhance their businesses.
Woodworker is an occupation that people do not pay attention to since people nowadays think that woodwork is a delicate work using such skills. It is a work that workers must be passionate about so that they can pursue in this field and experience in working is required. Woodworks are categorized into 4 categories; 1. construction woodworking 2.) furniture woodworking 3.) design woodworking 4.) carving woodworking. Due to the interest in these 4 areas of woodworking, I would like to support woodworkers and woodworkings through a woodworker vocational training center presented with the design mainly using wood and bringing out the qualifications of it as well as providing a course teaching woodworking skills for those who are interested via workshops. It is also the center for woodwork lovers to meet and share their knowledge and to improve their woodworking.
Children aged 0-12 years old are children who were born in new surroundings. Abrupt changed communication that has iPads at the beginning of this new generation, children born with digital communication that has been advanced long before this. Then it came to a turning point in 2010 when the trend of digital, touch-screen gadgets as well as connecting on social media were so popular that it was absorbed into almost every household.

Baan Kwao Silk Promotion Center Development
Japanese Racing Car Culture Study for History Garage and Car Community Design
Nowadays, machines are used in weaving silk in order to reduce time cost in production, gradually decreasing people’s awareness of traditional weaving. People moving to the city, paying less attention to cultures as well as the community being not promoted and hard to access, traditional silk weavers start to separate and weave at home. Those who are interested in local weaving then find it hard to find a learning center. Still, today, fashion designers are starting to bring back the local cloth to recreate it in a modern style and make it more outstanding. With the reason mentioned, the idea of silk promotion project then came along in order to make it a learning center for new generations to gain knowledge from and preserve later on.
Cars are invented to create convenience but there are groups of people who modify those cars in order to accelerate speed or even for beauty’s sake. Those people gather in a group or a gang making problems to Japanese people. They are seen as dangerous people to society. Still, time has gone by, it has become an interesting spotlight for people all around the world which makes it another Japanese culture. Therefore, I would like to build something that can keep the modified car culture and to create a community for ideas exchange and to not make chaos in society changing the social perspective by means of building this space for those who love modifying cars.
