Daily works on time - do your work by your own, don’t be lazy and just do it…. It will make your muscle stretch, resulting in exercise.
Don’t be just ideal - don’t just sit around and only let your mind do the work. Occasionally, move your hands and legs and stretch them.
Reynold Levau Stop using any machine and walk to the destination- we have a lot of destination we have to reach in a day, So use your legs for that and not machine, to wit, care, bus etc. It’s hard to do so, but walk when you have to go to a km or so.
Dance - everyone like to dance or move their fees or hands when the music start, so listen music for half an hour and, there you will doing, exercise.
Gym, net, and expert - you can go to any of them and they will help you out
