If there’s anything Jeremy Cash is adamantly aware of, it’s that a great outfit and a gorgeous destination make for one truly magical combination. The retired NFL linebacker-turned-entrepreneur-turned-travel blogger keeps his sophisticated style fresh by traveling the world and adapting to trends that fit in with his wellness-focused lifestyle. As the owner of Kaizen Health + Wellness and Maximum Fitness Gym, Cash depends on versatile outfits that can take him from the city to the beach to the mountains. “Before any trip, I try to coordinate my outfits based on the current weather, trends and cultural practices of the region I'm heading to,” he says. “I love picking up unique pieces from each of my adventures – most recently, I scored some baby alpaca scarves from a trip to Peru.” As a young entrepreneur, Cash ensures he is taken seriously by dressing the part of a professional, whether that means sporting Tailored Athlete because it was created by an athlete for individuals with athletic builds, or Zara because of the quality clothing for an affordable price. “Most people assume you have to buy the designer brands to look good, and while they are certainly nice, I'm here to tell you that you don't,” he says.
What trend are you loving right now? I've done a good amount of traveling to beaches lately, so I've dressed in a lot of “boho chic” attire – more natural fabrics like linen, cotton etc. Do you have any favorite accessories? Hats are my new kick! I've found that it adds an element of depth to both the individual and their photographs and a great way to spruce up an outfit. For shoes, definitely Oliver Cabell. These shoes are top-notch quality and are extremely versatile. What are your favorite colors to wear? I actually had to reorganize my closet after a recent trip and realized just how many warm, neutrals I have in there like browns, beiges and navy.
