up close Gordon has worked as a lawyer for almost his entire career, minus a two-year stint working under Janet Napolitano in Washington D.C. However, it’s not his career that is pushing him to give back. At age 60, Gordon was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a rare blood cancer, just twelve years after he lost his first wife to the very same cancer – which is a one in 14 million possibility. “That’s really something to think about – a one in 14 million chance, and we have both been faced with the same cancer,” said Gordon. Today, it’s this fight that keeps him going. In addition to being a lawyer, Gordon is also a board member and president elect for The Leukemia Lymphoma Society (LLS) and a member of Team In Training, which is a marathon, half marathon, triathlon, cycling and hiking event and training program within LLS, so you can fundraise while you train. Since being involved with the organization, Gordon has raised over $47,000 for LLS through Team In Training Arizona. He is also a cyclist and has signed up to do America’s Most Beautiful Bike ride in Lake Tahoe this year, for the third time. “Every day that I’m alive is a good day,” Gordon says. Thanks in part to his treatment involving stem cell transplantation, he is living a richer, fuller life. “One of the things I do with LLS is talk to people who have just been diagnosed,” explains. “It’s important for them to hear from someone going through this that life is not over, and you have your full life in front of you.” One of the most widely recognized local nonprofit campaigns by LLS has officially kicked off – Man & Woman of The Year – which is a friendly competition between up-and-coming community leaders to raise the most money for charity. For 10 weeks following the kick-off of the campaign, each candidate has committed to raise funds for blood cancer research. The candidates are vying for the Man & Woman of The Year title, with proceeds benefiting LLS and directly funding lifesaving blood cancer research, financial assistance to cover patient expenses for
transportation, medication and testing, free educational materials and events for patients and their families. Since launching in 2014, the Man & Woman of the Year campaign has raised over $1.3 million dollars for its causes. “At the end of the day, it’s about finding cures,” said Gordon. “We are trying to find a cure for a cancer that has no cure – that’s something that everyone can get behind.” LLS is the world’s largest voluntary UPTOWN |

health agency dedicated to blood cancer. The LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. SOCIAL MEDIA SNAPSHOT A local photographer’s rise to Instagram fame BY KELLY POTTS PHOTO BY MARK MORGAN
J
ake DeBruyckere, who was born and raised in the Valley, has always considered photography as a hobby. But when the popular photo sharing app Instagram came around, photography became his career. When he was younger, DeBruyckere would hike in the desert with his dad and grandpa, and he knew that the unique landscape of Arizona was worth sharing. Known as the handle @jaquib, DeBruyckere now has over 22,000 followers on Instagram, and started #thedesertisbeautifultoo, a hashtag tagged by others thousands of times. When traveling, DeBruyckere (www. jakedebruyckere.com) constantly shares photos from his journeys, and one photo he posted gained him national recognition. “All the photos on my Instagram are shot with my iPhone,” DeBruyckere says. “I posted a photo of San Francisco, and used #shotwithaniphone, and then I got an email from Apple asking to use the photo! It was a pretty surreal moment.” The photo has been used for Apple's "Shot on an iPhone6s" World Gallery, which included international posters, billboards and print advertorial. The photo has also been used on the back cover of a recent National Geographic magazine.

What is your favorite thing to do in Arizona? I love to go to the movies, or go out and hike. A lot of my outside work activities revolve around taking photos! Where are some of your favorite hangouts around the Valley? We have some pretty great food options here! I love The Henry, The Vig or Melt Ice Cream. Where are some of the most photogenic vacations you have taken? San Francisco has to be my favorite. You have the beach scene, city set and, of course, great hiking spots.

GENTRY GETS GENEROUS One doctor’s dedication to early detection BY GABBY RICHMAN PHOTO BY MARK MORGAN
T
he average age of the diagnosis of Autism in Arizona is just under five years old, which is considered to be very late in the world of Autism and early intervention. Dr. Joe Gentry (www.gentrypbs.com), who has spent eight years in the Valley as a child psychologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of children with Autism, found that many of the children who are diagnosed late are those who are economically disadvantaged and don’t have access to insurance or medical care. “Unfortunately, Arizona hasn’t yet figured out a good way to identify young children with developmental delays and autism until they are older, and therefore miss a critical period of early intervention,” Gentry explains. So, he and his wife, Sarah Gentry, decided to take action and start The Gentry Foundation: a nonprofit dedicated to raise money and awareness to get pediatricians more information about early symptom detection, conduct mass infant and toddler screenings in Arizona, and to pay for high quality evaluations so these children get the services they need years earlier.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I enjoy mountain biking, running and listening to live music. As a family, my wife and two young daughters love simply relaxing with our family and friends around the pool and going to the beach. What advice do you have for others who are starting their own foundation? Don't be afraid to ask for help. There are so many awesome people who have already worked so hard to do good in this area, and they really want to help, especially when the cause is a good one.

cKenna Bruner was always a fashionista in the spotlight growing up – from appearing in commercials to modeling in Los Angeles. But, fashion didn’t become a career until one day in 2014 when her husband turned to her and suggested that she start a fashion blog. And, that very next day, The Bubbly Blonde (www. thebubblyblonde.life) was born. Now, over 21,000 followers on Instagram (@thebubblyblondemwb) later, The Bubbly Blonde is still on the rise. Bruner, who describes her overall style as “preppy chic with a flirty, fresh and fun slant,” gets many items sent to her from sponsoring stores, but it’s up to her to style the looks and intermix her personal flair. My husband and I love to go to the movies, try new restaurants and spend time with family and friends. We also enjoy taking our adorable dog to play at the dog park! lthough he is known for his dedication to food and the local community, Miracle Mile Deli Vice President Josh Garcia is also a stylish man. “I like the T-shirt and jeans look when I am not at work,” says Garcia. “Professionally, I wear the same uniform every day. However, I do love a good tie and I wish I could wear them in the work place, but not a lot of people like ties being dipped in their pastrami sandwiches.” The father of two, who makes comfort a priority, also makes it a point to maintain a professional look. “When I am at work, it’s all business and you have to look good and feel good to set the positive tone for my staff and customers,” he explains. I have some T-shirts that have holes in them because they've probably been washed too many times and need to be thrown away. Unfortunately, those are the most comfortable shirts! We play tennis and T-Ball, go swimming and enjoy the McCormick Railroad Park or Mini-Golf. or most of the members of local indie rock band Vinyl Station, being part of a musical group means living out a lifelong dream, exactly where they thought they would end up. As is the case for drummer Roy Cameron, who doesn’t see music as a career, but rather a way of life. “My parents are both musicians, I grew up around it,” he says. “I had a strong liking for the drums very early on, I was obsessed with the sound of it and my parents bought me a set when I was young.” JUNE 2016 |

The Band Vinyl Station is made up of four men: Matthew Thornton on vocals and guitar, Brendon Cottrell also on vocals and guitar, Alex Kyhn who plays bass and Roy Cameron on drums. All of the members of the band come from different, musical backgrounds and while they didn’t know one another until recently, they are sure they were meant to be. “As with other local bands, you play with a bunch of people as you go,” Thornton says. “However, it become really obvious really quickly that it was right with us, everything came into focus for us and we are really happy.” The band was originally formed back in 2010 with a few different members and it hasn’t been that long since these four came together. The most recent member of the group, Roy Cameron, has only been a part of Vinyl Station for about a year but according to the other members, the dynamic fit almost instantaneously. “He fit in right away with the energy and precise yet organic timing,” Thornton explains. According to Kyhn, “We haven’t played that much together as a full band but now that we are finally playing together as much as we can, as a four piece, it is really working and we are excited about where it’s going.”
The Sound Vinyl Station, who released their first full length album, “The Evening Sin,” in 2012, is very proud of where the band has been. The group is even more excited about where it stands today and how it is moving forward, having just finished a second dynamic and ambitious album, “Still Open Eyes, which is on sale now. For fans, new and old, it is always an adventure when turning on Vinyl Station. When it comes to discussing the band’s musical mentors, the sounds are pretty much the same among the foursome. “Roy and I grew up obsessed with U2. We are the oldest ones and the iconic band is definitely who we style some of our music after,” Thornton explains. “Personally, I am also really influenced a lot by Peter Gabriel, Radiohead and those kinds of sounds musically as well.”
As for the others in the band, musical influences that have helped along the way include David Gray, Coldplay, Ryan Adams and Tom Petty, just to name a few. While described as an indie rock group, Vinyl Station isn’t so set on labels; they are simply happy just continuing to make music their way. “We believe in playing our music honestly,” Kyhn says. “I know that describing the band that way doesn’t really speak to the type of sound we have but I think

albums, they are always looking forward to greener pastures and what is coming next. “I am looking forward to working on our sounds with everybody and moving forward,” Thornton says. “I really want to write the next album with the group and am very excited to get everyone’s input on putting it together.” Right now, the group is working on their next album, writing and hoping to begin recording in the near future. There is no set release date but for Vinyl Station, the possibilities are endless, in part thanks to their dedicated fan base. “There is so much out there to listen to today and we don’t know why anyone would choose us over someone else, but it is nice that people do and it is nice that people are affected,” Thornton explains.
The Tours Although right now the band isn’t touring, they most recently toured with Rob Thomas, hitting more than 65 cities. “It was a great experience and we’d like to get back out there this summer. Hopefully that will come together and we can get back out there and start touring all over the country,” Cottrell says. Vinyl Station is currently taking time off here in the Valley until their next tour to not only work on their new album and perform locally, but also to focus on other group and individual projects. “We will still connect and record demos, practice once a week or so,” Thornton says. “Sometimes we just make sure we find time to hang out and get dinner or drinks.” In the mean time, Vinyl Station’s management team is working planning an upcoming tour, with the overall goal to headline their own tour in the not-so-distant future. Until that happens, the foursome says they are happy continuing down this path of musical awesomeness, playing both originals and covers in local venues like Comerica Theater, Crescent Ballroom, The Vig, Valley Bar and hitting the road in cities across the U.S., meeting their electrifying fans along the way. A father is a role model, provider and caretaker who imparts wisdom and knowledge. He’s often the hero in a child’s world, able to fix and do things with strength and purpose like nobody else. Beyond being present as Dad, his role may also span the likes of executive and entrepreneur or coach and community advocate. Or, perhaps, a little bit of all of the above. Here, we introduce seven men who are truly dads doing it all, making a difference at work, in the community and at home.

OCCUPATION: President and owner, Cactus Flower Florists CHILDREN: Landon Tate (3) and Cayden John (6)
What do you do during the day? My day starts with waking our sleeping kiddos (or being woken up by them with kisses), making breakfast and lunches for school, and dropping off one of our boys at school. After that, the business defines the direction of my work day. With five retail stores, three companies and 100 employees, there is never a shortage of things to be done. There are different “hats” that I need to wear throughout the day – manager, flower buyer, IT guy, accounting, HR and driver – each one is rewarding in its own way. My day ends with a T-ball game or practice then dinner as a family and my favorite part: story time. Repeat the next day. How did you choose your career? My career chose me at the tender age of four. In 1972, my mother started Cactus Flower Florists when she opened North Scottsdale’s first flower shop. I quite literally grew up in the flower business and did everything from watering plants and helping customers to donning holiday costumes for deliveries. Eventually, I became a delivery driver in high school and managed one of our Tempe shops while I was at ASU. My parents always encouraged me to try working in another industry, but I kept finding ways to nurture the flower business. Today, I have the pleasure and the honor of working alongside my mom, dad and sister in our blooming family business. Which philanthropic organizations are you involved in? The flower business lends itself to engaging the
community and supporting local charities. I have served as a member and in leadership roles for the Scottsdale Active 20-30 Club, EC70, Entrepreneur’s Organization, Scottsdale Leadership and, most recently, the Scottsdale Charros. Why are these organizations important to you? Having the opportunity to be in an organization of like-minded business people gives me the chance to share business ideas and challenges and create lifelong friendships all while giving back to my Scottsdale community where I was born and raised. What is the most challenging part about being a dad? Do you know that feeling when you get a flashback of your youth and some of the situations that you found yourself in? can already see a couple steps ahead of them and need to make the decision to either step in or step back. Most often, I choose to step back and let them learn firsthand because I believe that every experience helps build the foundation of who you are in the future. What is the most rewarding part about being a dad? Watching two small humans slowly develop into great young men. I couldn’t be more proud of my two boys. What has fatherhood taught you? Family first. My boys and my wife are the center of my universe. Fatherhood has taught me to be a better man. Not perfect, but they are cool with that. Describe being a dad in three words. DR. STEVEN HANSEN OCCUPATION: President and CEO, Arizona Humane Society (AHS) CHILDREN: Graham (17) and Allison (20)
What do you do during the day? I get to experience first-hand the day-to-day lifesaving work that our passionate staff and volunteers commit themselves to each and every day of the year. I interact with staff, donors, board members, volunteers and partners to discuss current AHS programs and processes in an effort to plan future strategic initiatives, funding needs and plans designed to sustain AHS for another 60 years while also continuing to transform Maricopa County into one of the best places to be a pet. How did you choose your career? I always had a strong interest in the health and welfare of animals and distinctly remember visiting my local animal shelter as a kid in order to retrieve my Brittany Spaniel, Brandy, who had gone missing. This interest drove my academic path and led to a career in animal welfare. What is your favorite part about your career? I love working with animals and people and making a difference in both of their lives. One thing that really drew me to AHS is the organization’s belief that people are also really important. There’s always someone on the other side. The human-animal bond and that relationship between the pet and person is what it’s all about. This is critical for our organization as we strive to offer resources to pet owners in need so they can keep their pets in their homes despite any hardships they may be facing. Which philanthropic organizations are you involved in? I am passionate about and spend my time and
energy on the AHS as well as the Morris Animal Foundation, American College of Animal Welfare and Maricopa County’s Alliance for Companion Animals. These organizations are also committed to bettering the lives of animals and people. How do you balance work, community involvement and being a dad? For me, the key to balance is not to separate work and personal life but instead to incorporate them together. I see daily life as a stream that doesn’t separate but instead works in concert. This allows me to be flexible with both family and work life. What is the most challenging part about being a dad? opportunities and challenges that life presents while allowing them to make their own decisions. What advice do you have for future fathers? BRIAN JOSEPH
OCCUPATION: Fire captain/paramedic, City of Scottsdale Fire Department; owner, Brian Joseph Enterprises CHILDREN: Brandon (7), Carson (stepson, 9) and Hannah (stepdaughter, 11)
What do you do during the day? I am on shift for 10 days per month, working 48-hour shifts. On the days I’m not working, I spend time with my family (fiancee, son and future stepchildren), exercise and run my consulting business, where I serve as a medical insurance appeals writer for air ambulance flights. The end of the day usually finishes with helping my son with homework and making sure the needs of my family are being met. How did you choose your career? I believe my career chose me. I started college at Northern Arizona University with the intent on being an attorney or teacher, but I began taking some life support classes and fell in love with it. Shortly after, I started as a volunteer firefighter. That led to working as a firefighter/paramedic for Rural-Metro Fire Department in Scottsdale, and ultimately led me to where I am now. During my off-duty time, I was given the opportunity to use my knowledge of emergency paramedicine to author air ambulance appeals. This prompted me to launch Brian Joseph Enterprises. What is your favorite part about your career? Each day is different, challenging and teaches me new things. When someone calls 911, my crew and I have the opportunity to bring some type of order to their moment of chaos, regardless of the type of emergency. What is one of your fondest memories with your children? When my son met my now fiancee and her two kids. This was something that she
and I stressed about, but when they met they seemed as if they had been lifelong friends. Watching that relationship develop has been amazing and reinforces the importance of family, problem-solving and compromise. What is the most rewarding part about being a dad? Getting to teach my kids things about the world and watching them learn. Getting to participate in their lives is by far the most rewarding part about being a dad. What advice do you have for future fathers? Remember that you’re not perfect and that no matter what you’re doing, your children are watching and learning from you. What is your family motto or saying? No family mottos or saying, but we do have a secret handshake. I’d teach it to you, but that would defeat the purpose of it being a secret. What values do you want to instill in your children? To be accountable, compassionate, understanding, dependable, dedicated and honorable. That it’s okay to make mistakes, and it’s okay to have failed attempts at things. I believe that we learn best from the mistakes that we have made.

What do you do during the day? As an entrepreneur and consultant, I work on a variety of projects every day ranging from strategic planning, leadership coaching and technology initiatives, and lately, a new nonprofit Kids Activity Market (KAM), which I launched earlier this year. Which philanthropic organizations are you involved in? Over the years I have played an active role in Shoebox Ministry, Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement. My current philanthropic passion is KAM, where we help match parents to activity providers, keeping kids busy outside of school. Can you tell us about KAM? KAM’s mission is to engage children in activities that build personal connections and human collaboration using nonelectronic mediums such as sports, crafts and leadership activities. We align families with activities that best fit their children’s extracurricular needs. Our nonprofit coordinates with activity providers to give scholarships to kids whose families otherwise could not afford these activities. How do you balance work, community involvement and being a dad? Family is the highest value in my life so I find myself constantly making choices based on what is most in alignment with my family. Although we are a small family of two, as a full-time single dad I have been fortunate to surround myself with others who also share my passion for parenting and understand that it does take a community to raise a happy, healthy, successful daughter.
What is one of your fondest memories with your child? One of my fondest memories is the summer after Emma’s fourth grade school year when we went to New York City for almost six weeks with my mother. The three of us had the opportunity to explore museums, walk the city, take trains to the Jersey Shore, Washington D.C. and many other historical stops. The memories and education were great for us all. What is the most rewarding part about being a dad? The most rewarding part about being a dad is that I am her real-life superhero. I have made a lot of mistakes over the last 14 years, but I keep showing up, day after day, and it does work out exactly like it is supposed to. What has fatherhood taught you? What do you do during the day? Depending on the day, I am running a restaurant, delivering beer or spirits, or doing paperwork. You name it, I’ve probably done it at one time or another, whether it is building, developing, maintaining or operating a restaurant, brewery or distillery. How did you choose your career? It chose me. I was raised for a period by a single mom and spent a lot of time at a local pub after school doing homework, eating, cleaning, etc. I also love people and I am social, so it was better than any of the desk jobs I ever had. What is your favorite part about your career? The community and people I meet and become involved with. Which philanthropic organizations are you involved in? We work a lot with rescues and pet organizations, which are helping bring a wonderful animal to a healthy state and hopefully bringing a family, a child or an individual a comforting friend that helps them through life. We also help out the local middle school, and these were the years that I feel helped shape my full understanding of community. How do you balance work, community involvement and being a dad? It hasn’t been easy; my son slept at O.H.S.O. a lot as a little one. He ate there, he did his homework there – he practically lived there during our first 1 1/2 years of business. We work hard and we play hard. We have missed many things over the years, but I’ve only missed one of his baseball games ever; it’s his
favorite sport. I also try to create quality time no matter what we are doing, whether it is driving to school, playing a board game or taking the dogs for a walk. What are your favorite activities to do with your child? We love going to Arizona Diamondbacks games or playing a board game. We get to talk, and he tells me about his day or things that went on or the new friend he met, and so on. What is the most challenging part about being a dad? Every day the challenge changes, and it’s important to understand that your child is looking up to you and will slowly become you in a different way, so it’s about helping him become the best little you that you can. What do you do during the day? My days currently consist of copious amounts of baby formula, spit up and poopy diapers. Our house looks like a scene from “Raising Arizona.” In our abundant spare time, my wife Molly and I try to practice a little law. How did you choose your career? I took a class in college called “Intro to American Law.” During the first lecture on the first day of class, the professor held up the front page of the local newspaper (for the youngsters out there, a “newspaper” is how we used to keep up with what’s happening in the world) and pointed out that every story featured there was either directly, or one-step indirectly, related to the law. I was fascinated by that concept, and I decided right then that law school was my next step. Which philanthropic organizations are you involved in? I am in the Thunderbirds and I sit on the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation Board. In both capacities, I have participated in giving out the money that we have raised to numerous deserving, hardworking organizations that are making tremendous contributions to all segments of our community. I am humbled to have that opportunity. How do you balance work, community involvement and being a dad? I don’t have it balanced yet, but I’m working on it! How has it been thus far being a new dad – and to triplets? It has been the most incredible experience of my life. Watching my wife transform into a
maternal super-heroine and watching the babies’ personalities start to develop has been absolutely amazing. What did you do to prepare for fatherhood? I think I subconsciously watched my own late father and father-inlaw, as well as the many other wonderful fathers that I am blessed to know among my family and friends, and I’ve tried to emulate them. If I can be half the dad that they have been, I will be in good shape. What is one of your fondest memories you have so far with your children? The delivery room, without question. I want them to be considerate of other people’s circumstances, I want them to engage in all aspects of their community, even when it’s not comfortable, and I want them to be fearless in going after their goals. What do you do during the day? I get to play radio! I am on the air from 3-7 p.m. on 94.5 KOOL-FM. Before my shift, I am also the assistant program director, so I help with a lot of day-to-day items like copywriting and assisting the promotions department with generating ideas for the station that may grow ratings or revenue. How did you choose your career? There were two things that I had an incredible passion for as a kid: sports and music. I went to the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse to be a physical education teacher, and that turned into mass communications and radio. What is your favorite part about your career? There are many things, such as being able to walk into the studio each day and play music – much less the music I love and grew up listening to! Also, venturing out in the public and meeting our listeners and talking with them is amazing. There is a certain sense of completion when I get to shake hands with the listeners. I also love the community work we do as a station. Which philanthropic organizations are you involved in? I am getting involved in the Special Olympics Arizona. This charity is particularly special to me as my sister is handicapped. I have also worked with the Foundation for Blind Children and the Purple Society, which is a local organization for pediatric cancer. How do you balance work, community involvement and being a dad? Work is not a Monday to Friday, 9-5 job. I work six days a week, sometimes seven,
and the hours are long. I love my job. From being on the air to participating in various charity events or hosting fundraisers with the support of my family is priceless. I try to instill my daughters with the value of hard work and giving back to others. They have never questioned a fundraiser or why they are involved. They know how important it is to give back and I am very lucky to have kids with such giving spirits. What is the most challenging part about being a dad? I am the only male in the house. My biggest challenge is not being shut out because it is conversation for the “ladies” of the house. So, maybe staying relevant is a challenge. What is the most rewarding part about being a dad? and beautiful they are and how they are going to give back in the things they do. My wife has been a major part of that. We have been a great team. Besides an annual trip to Disneyland, we participate in Pat’s Run every year. I believe having balance is key. Every year I travel to Sicily to source the latest and greatest recipes and I look at creating food as if it’s a piece of art, the only difference is that my piece of art happens to be on a plate.

entral Phoenix’s The Colony welcomes Honor Amongst Thieves to the neighborhood last month. The stylish craft cocktail lounge and speakeasy, located within a two-story space (above gastro-pub, Stock & Stable), features an extensive list of handcrafted drinks made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, as well as a compact menu of cheese and cured meat boards. “Specifically, we strive to provide a watering hole with not only great spirits and cocktails, but a place to call home for the fellow industry professionals and residents of Central Phoenix,” says Stephanie Teslar, renowned mixologist and beverage director at Honor Amongst Thieves. Among the list of wine, beer and craft cocktails hand-made by Teslar is the Dillinger Martini ($12), which is a fresh take on a Gibson Martini (typically garnished with a pickled onion in lieu of an olive or a citrus twist). The dry and rich mixer utilizes Opihr Gin to obtain an herbaceous flavor. “This cocktail is a true classic modernized with a new and unique gin featuring exotic botanicals as well as Spanish vermouth and our house seasoned and pickled onions.” Teslar explains. But, last month Lou Malnati’s opened its first out-of-Chicago location here in Phoenix. The restaurant, which has had a member of the Malnati family running the business since it started in 1971, decided on Phoenix due to the strong ex-pat presence in the Valley and the high shipping numbers from the mail order division, Tastes of Chicago. “We’ve been overwhelmed by the warm welcome we’ve received in Phoenix. Speaking of tradition, Loui Malnati’s signature Chicago-style deep dish pizza is made from a proprietary recipe that has been handed down through four generations. The fresh mozzarella cheese will be delivered from the same small, Wisconsin dairy farm that has supplied Lou Malnati’s for more than 40 years and the Lou Malnati’s management team travels to California every year to meet with their tomato growers. In addition, the famous pizza dough will be made from scratch daily. “We are doing everything possible to ensure the product will taste just as it does is in Chicago, but we are particularly focused on our dough. We have spent a considerable amount of time finding a water filtration process that will replicate Chicago’s water in Phoenix,” Malnati explains. The newly renovated 8,300-squarefood indoor and outdoor space accommodates over 300 diners inside, on the patio and at the bar. “We work hard to ensure architecture and interior design of each Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria supports the uniqueness of its neighborhood.
