Would you mind if I send (or drop by) a flyer in case you hear of anyone who might be interested? Just Listed Hey, Sally. I haven’t talked with you since Mary’s party. How are things going with you? Oh, with me? I have got to say things are doing well. In fact, I just listed a home on the other side of your neighborhood. Would you mind helping me for a minute? What do you think is most appealing about your neighborhood? I’d like to use it in my marketing. By the way, would you happen to know anyone interested in buying or selling? Just Sold Hey, Sally. It generated
quite a few buyers for me. Do you know of anyone else in your neighborhood who might be interested in selling if we had a buyer? Marketing Advice Hi, Bill. How’s everything? Yes, me, too…I’m glad to say I am working hard. In fact, I need your help with something. Your company does a great job of marketing, and I respect your professional opinion. I have created some marketing pieces on several properties I have listed and I was wondering if I could get your feedback on on them? By the way, if you can think of someone who might want to buy one of them, would you let me know? Tip on Businesses: Who do you know in business in your area you could make this same arrangement with? Examples: Accountants, Car Sales people, Pool cleaners, anyone who is trying to build their own business is a prospect.

In fact, right now our company is having a big contest and I was wondering if I could get you to help me with it? Thanks. All you have to do is let me know if you hear anyone even whisper that they want to buy or sell a house! And, if it wouldn’t be too much trouble, let me know about any For Sale by Owners you might see.
