Greeting in the Name of our Lord Jesus whose love and mercy is new every morning! Thank God for yet another year He has allowed us to venture in. While 2016 was The Year of His Covenanted Favour, the Lord has released His word for 2017 as The Year of the Destiny of the Redeemed!

Evident in the many testimonies we heard over the Watch Night service and the following first 7 days of prayer and fasting as well as the weekly services, the Lord had in deed let so many of us in JMK to experience His favour in different ways in different aspects of our lives in the past year. Praise God! And as we move into 2017, the call is for us to go deeper in our prayer life, grow closer in our relationship with our Heavenly Father and to glow brighter in our anointed roles in the destiny of the Kingdom. Nothing less. A significant take-away from Pastor Stevens’ messages over the 7 days of prayer and fasting is this, “The destiny of the redeemed can only be found in the sanctuary of God” (Psalms 73:17). And this sanctuary do not really refer to the church premises, it refers to a place in our heart formed by consecration and prayer. In other words, it is where the presence of God dwells and when we get there to seek Him, revelations come! A poignant truth Pastor shared was that those who pray less cannot know their destiny! Thus one of the reasons for the topic of prayer to be so emphatically preached, shared and re-shared over the pulpit is to help JMK members to start the journey of earnestly seeking God and discovering their destinies! Dear Brothers and Sisters, let us arise and launch a holy pursuit for an encounter with our Father God and avail ourselves to serve Him in the destiny He will reveal. Amen! Bro Francis Leong

Prophetic words for 2017 By Sis Angeline Francis
Greetings in the name of Jesus! We thank the Lord for ushering us into the year 2017. And His word for 2017 is the Year of Destiny for the Redeemed. “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so” (Ps 107:2). We, the redeemed, shall say “So” for any life’s situation as our God is in charge of our destiny. From our life’s first cry to our final breath, He commands our destiny, Amen & Hallelujah! It is customary for my husband and me to start fasting the day after Christmas for 14 days. We usually pray at 4am in the morning but this year we were prompted by God to pray earlier at 3am. And when we sought Him early day after day, He spoke to us and gave fresh revelations and directions. These were the words the Lord gave me during one of the early morning prayers: “Come O children. Come to me. Regain knowledge, wisdom and wealth. I have set you apart for my glory. In due time I will raise you up, bring newness in you. Forget the days of old. Awake! Rise Up. Take hold of the gifts I have given you.” I was thankful for His words, which were in alignment with my husband’s prophecies. Before I dwell on these words, I would like to share 3 visions shown by God. Vision 1: A big ship on shallow waters Vision 2: God giving His heart in exchange of mine Vision 3: Me setting children free from a dungeon “Come O children, Come to me, Regain knowledge, wisdom and wealth, I have set you apart for my glory” The Holy Spirit explained that God has big plans for us and we need to keep up with our prayer life and seek Him more, so that they can come to pass, (so that the big ship can stay afloat). Prayer is the strong foundation that we must root ourselves in. “Come to Him” as His little children. Seek Him early in the secret place. Pray, worship, read His Word so that He can give us knowledge, wisdom and wealth. Serve Him and walk in His righteousness. God has set us apart for himself so we must set apart our time for Him. “In due time I will raise you up, bring newness in you. Forget the days of old” One of my constant prayers has been to ask God to give me His heart so that I can love others as He does. And during one of the seven nights of worship in JMK, I saw a vision of a beautiful big red, healthy heart, given to me by Jesus. I thank Him for giving me this precious gift of love. Love is the foundation of Christ and when we ask Him to help us love others, He will enable you. He will give you His heart. Giving us His heart signifies newness. He will bring newness in us. Newness in our act, speech, walk in life that would please Him. 2 Cor 5:17 says “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has pass away, behold the new has come.” Giving us His heart also signifies health and healing. Jesus is ready to exchange His health for yours. Ask Him. Whatever illness that may engulf us, they have no power in the name of Jesus and by His stripes we are already healed. Continue on Pg 3...

My Exam Results - His Blessing By Brother Jeriah Soh
I want to thank God for the results of the O’level subjects which I recently received. Being a N’level Student, I have opted to take 2 O’level subjects which were Design & Technology (DnT) and Additional Maths. I was having a lot of struggles in coping with these subjects. Initially, I had fun studying DnT but after awhile when my workload piled up, I started to hate the subject, and even hate my DnT teacher too. I actually wanted to give up and to drop the subject entirely. However, from my parents’ and teacher’s encouragement and support, as well as my personal prayer to God for help, I took up the challenge. I am so glad to share that I managed to score an A2 for DnT! As for Additional Maths, I have been failing the subject for 2 straight years since I first took the subject in Sec 3. Even up till my second prelim exams, I failed badly with not even borderline marks. 4 months before my O’levels, my parents hired a tutor for me and I had 4 months of crammed-up tuition while also handling my N’level subjects. I am even happier to share that I received a B3 for Additional maths! All glory to God!

Giving His heart also signifies the strength of heart over the mind. My frequent prayer is asking God to help me renew my mind so that I will not conform to this world. Surrender your thinking to Jesus and receive wisdom and counsel of God. Put on a new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator (Col 3:10). Deal with double-mindedness and obey Him swiftly. Open your heart afresh to Jesus. Put on (clothe yourself with) compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness & patience (Col 3:12). Do not worry or fear (Matt 10:28). Do not fear what man can do to your soul. Walk by faith and not by sight. Do not put a cap on your faith and your anointing. No matter what your situations are, just say “So” with an attitude. He will raise you up amidst your adversities. “Awake! Rise Up! Take hold of the gifts I have given you” In a vision, I was going down a dungeon and setting children free. I stood there victorious, looking regal with authority. Wow! God has great plans for you and me. This is the season for us to Arise and Shine (Isaiah 60:1). Awake! Rise Up! Take Hold of the gifts God has given you. We must arise from our circumstances. Put on the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of Devil. Take up your position in your destiny (Rev 5:10). ‘Let the weak say I am a warrior.’ 2017 is a year of new beginnings and blessings. Start a new, intimate relationship with Jesus. He is inviting you for an open relationship. Be the fragrance of Jesus. We are all called to be like Jesus and that requires a lifetime of sacrifice. Continue your Holy pursuit and work on your spiritual authority. Get ready for victories. Blessings, Angeline Francis
