"A stop on the way": the daily life and the urge away us from the real opportunity to enjoy life without we realize about it, the thousand jobs, appointments, tasks and immediacy often become our daily bread. It is necessary to pause and think again, look in front of the mirror, to find a space to reflect on our daily lives, ambitions, projects, family, work, the perfect the future, in short, be conscious about what we do and where we go... and something more important, if we are clear about the ideal future that we dream or even becomes turbulent for some and more clear to others, if we have a pointed way or if someone feels still flying... This reflection allows us to live from the "Strategic Deployment" held in the South Zone from 9 to August 11 this year. In the Ibague CEAD On august 10 and 11 was the installation of the event at International Casa Morales hotel, with participation of 126 workers from the zone: academic staff, administrators, students, graduates, community and 14 members from the National Mission Board, led it by Mr. Alberto Leal Afanador Dr.Jaime Rector, Vice-Rectors, Deans, Dean Advisors and members of the Supreme Council. They provide energy, taste, smell and lubricating properties to foods. The food in the form of cream, mayonnaise, margarines, chocolate, confectionery coating, ornaments, pastries, cheeses and other products maintain their qualities by the presence of fats. Fats and oils have their origin in the tissues of animals and plants. A simple definition is that fats are oily materials that are in solid state. A research proposal you are working from Ibague CEAD in ECBTI, is to perform a laboratory analysis of the fat or cocoa butter grown in the department of Tolima, applying various unit processes and operations. The fat of cocoa as defined Alimentarium Codex Committee on Cocoa Products and Chocolate "is the fat produced from one or more of the following sources: cocoa beans, cocoa liquor (cocoa mass), cocoa cake and that extracted by mechanical processes and / or by means of solvents allowed, cake and fine cocoa powder. " The fat or cocoa butter is used in the confectionery industry and in the manufacture of mainly chocolate bars. The fundamental reason why it is used is due to its unique melting point temperature below 26 º C, is hard and bright, rapidly and completely melts at body temperature (Laughing, 1998). It also has a characteristic smell of delicious chocolate, chocolate industry beneficial. Consequently, the primary objective of this research was to determine the

This problem is evident in the family, school, business, national and international, since the frequent use of the information through the Internet has become the way in which companies make their processes as a general rule, the disadvantages are larger and the consequences of all types are starting to show, for instance what happened with the National Registry of Civil Status and results of the r e f e r e n d u m conservative.

During my colleagues´ expositions I realized that creativity was a constant in the Southern Zone. Some of them had some sort of error or failure. However, a high degree of creativity was a characteristic when activities were designed and applied from discovering the everyday, until Metaplan, an activity that made everyone laughed. We reflect and discuss in each activity thanks to the imagination with which they were designed. I believe that this creativity can make UNAD and its South Zone greater. As a famous author says, "All people have the willingness to work creatively. What happens is that most of tem never notice it" this could support that sometimes not highlighted this great virtue, that of creativity.
