We Show Up for our Patients

On (Red) Friday, KC Wolf paid a visit to RMC campuses where he visited employees, patients and visitors, putting smiles on their faces and pep in their spirits for the big Chiefs game on Sunday. And what a big game it was! On Friday, it also just so happened to be Kris's, a visitor in Outpatient West, birthday. Naturally, once KC Wolf got wind of that, he went all out to make her and her family feel special. Happy belated birthday to Kris, GO CHIEFS, and thank you to KC Wolf for showing up! Send Kris belated birthday wishes!

Our teamattended the Intuitive 360 Robotics Conference and reported that it was "absolutely amazing!" With this sponsorship, we helped KCCG to place healthy, fresh foods within the reach of all our neighbors, regardless of their income. Together, we will make a real and lasting difference in the health and wellbeing of our community. Thank you to Terri Engling and his wife, Terese, for representing our hospital at this event!

MourningtheDeathofaPublicFigure

Mourning the death of a public figure is very normal. In fact. it can feel as if a family member has died, and it may also bring up feelings of grief froma past death. If you are mourning the loss of a public figure, you are most likely not alone. Jason Ulanet, therapist with Research Psychiatric Center, offers tips in this short video following the death of the Queen of England.
