Research Medical Center Mid-Week Update: August 31, 2022

Page 1

Earlier this month, Research Medical Center had the distinct pleasure to welcome our HCA senior nursing teamfromCorporate for a nursing strategy visit. Of all of the hospitals in our Division, this teamchose to visit RMC to learn more about our complexorganization and howwe are utilizing the Corporate nursing strategy within our facility. In this visit, our nursing leaders had the opportunity to highlight some of the great work that is occurring at all three of our campuses. Our nursing leaders shared some of our best practices, as well as some of the struggles we are facing each day. As strategy visit came to a close, each senior nursing leader wanted the nursing teams to knowwhat tremendous work we are doing for our community and for our patients. They see the work that is happening at RMC, and the progress we are making for our patients! Thank you to everyone who came together for this fantastic opportunity to interact with HCA's senior nursing team.
