Lindsay Goldammer, ACNO, completed a Walk- a- Mile with April Jensen, CNC for Burn Unit "I completed my Walk a Mile with April, our newest CNC, in the Burn department. She fielded numerous requests, all at once, and handled it with patience and grace. From staff to patients, I could tell she had a genuine relationship with everyone she came across and they appreciated talking with her. She was kind and helpful with every patient in the unit, not just her own and I could tell her team appreciates how hard she works for them. "

Administrator on Call (AOC)

Lindsay Goldammer was the AOC this past weekend. All rounds were completed on Sunday morning with weekend option night CNC’s. Lindsay had great conversations with them and they provided feedback on processes and staffing challenges. She also rounded on the ER and spent some time with the House Supervisor. Overall, it was a good weekend.
