Michaela Logan conducted another Walk-a-Mile with Dana Chatters, who works in Transportation

on 6E

“Dana is just so impressive from his bedside manner, efficiency, compassion, and great sense of humor he puts a smile on the face of everyone he meets. Dana is always on the move (we did almost two miles in an hour and half), yet takes time to make each patient feel special and well cared for. We are so fortunate to have him on our team at RMC. Dana is also a veteran, so next time you see him, please thank him for his service to our country. ”

Ashley McClellan, CEO, rounded with Jacky Bryant, Relief Charge Nurse

"Jacky is calm, approachable, keeps the unit flowing, great personality and we love it when she is charge!"

Michaela Logan, Vice President of Patient Experience and Administrative Services, completed a Walk-a-Mile with Lauren Dunning, Dietician, at Research Medical Center

“I was able to observe Lauren conducting patient rounds in the Neuro ICU and Surgical ICU. I was so impressed with Lauren’s knowledge and her dedication to ensuring our patient’s have optimal nutrition to support their healing. I was able to observe rounds in the ICU, and saw first hand what a huge part the dieticians play in leading these conversations. Lauren shared with me that many of the dieticians at RMC have specialty training in critical care, further showing their dedication to the care and improvement of human life. Thank you to our incredible team of dieticians for all you do!”

These are just a few of the positive comments shared by Jacky's colleagues. To thank her for her leadership, Ashley rounded with Jacky and presented her with Applause points to show how valuable she is and how much the Senior Team appreciates all that she does. Thank you, Jacky!
