Oklahoma-based ANTI-MORTEM Return to Action with New Single “STFU” By Tank Oklahoma-based band, Anti-Mortem is really jazzed up about their new single, “STFU,” which was released early last month. “STFU” is the follow up single to their last single, “Old Washita,” except the new one sort of picks up where the old one left off and it’s got more of a “balls to the walls” sound to it, being much more of a gritty metal sound. “‘STFU’ is an all-out, hard-hitting push forward with no BS riffs and straight to the point vocals,” says Rado Romo. “Our anger and frustration are driven by current events and the vibes of today’s political climate. During that time the Romo brothers, Nevada and Rado, found themselves involved in other projects. There were the solo projects, and there was also the infusion of them into the Texas Hippie Coalition. These projects allowed them to stay immersed in music both on the road and in the studio. Now the band is back with a vengeance and hungry for action… a bit wiser for the wear… AntiMortem has regrouped with a new energized cast of heavy villains, comprised of Timmy “The Hitman”
