Congratulations to our NEW Graduate Stylist ost of you who regularly visit the salon will already know Rebecca but we wanted to take this opportunity to say a massive congratulations to her as she has now completed all her studies to gain her Level 2 at college and become our newest graduate stylist. Rebecca is extremely enthusiastic and talented, proved by the fact that she won her blow dry competition at college less than 3 months after starting her course. She has completed her studies in record time showing a natural talent for hairdressing.

During the winter months we often neglect our hair and the overuse of hairdryers and straighteners can leave it dry and damaged so to help you get your hair back into fantastic condition we have introduced some in-salon deep conditioning treatments. For everyone who is having a colour on their hair, we recommend our Colour Hold and Repair Treatment. This will improve the condition of your hair and help your colour last longer. Christian has Winning Style
e are absolutely delighted that our very own Christian Smith has made it through to the London final of FACE OFF, a national men’s grooming and photographic competition, which aims to recognise some of the UK’s most talented and up and coming stylists.

Organised by American Crew, FACE OFF is a black and white photographic competition, which showcases the latest fashion styles and very best in men’s grooming. Twenty finalists were announced at a glittering awards party held in Manchester and from these 20, three winners will be announced in London on March 6th. Christian’s winning style was photographed by Dave Barnes at ImagesbyDavid and it is currently being displayed in the window of the salon. We are all keeping our fingers crossed for Christian in the finals so watch this space because hopefully we’ll have greater news next time.

IPL Hair Removal The Permanent Answer ow much time and money do ladies spend on getting rid of unwanted body hair? For some it is just a simple inconvenience, however for others it can be an embarrassing problem that spoils their enjoyment of everyday activities and something they don’t like talking about even to their closest friends.

As a solution, we offer IPL hair removal. IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a fast and relatively pain free way to permanently reduce or remove unwanted body and facial hair. Basically a pulse of light is applied to the hair and this travels down and cuts off the blood supply to the hair follicle to prevent hair regrowth. A course of six treatments is
recommended for best results in order to catch the hair at each stage of the growth cycle, with follow up treatments as and when necessary. The treatments are usually carried out at approximately one month intervals. The cost of treatment varies according to the size of area to be treated but at the moment we are offering a course of six treatments for the price of five.
