Welcome to our festive issue of Look Local! Every year it’s the same, December creeps up on me and bang, another year is nearly over. Welcome to our festive issue of Look Local in Bookham. Having enjoyed a mild autumn, it’s been a bit of a shock to feel the biting cold on my early morning dog walks recently; hats and gloves have found their way out of the drawer and Jack Frost has started to appear again, although he comes and goes, it seems. He obviously has other commitments, but that suits me fine! A busy month lies ahead, with the late night shopping/Churches Together Christmas event to look forward to on Thursday 14th December, a little later this year, but a great chance to pick up a few Christmas gifts and support our lovely local traders while you soak up the true feeling of localness that we are so lucky to enjoy in Bookham. We include news about a crazy charity run around the village, actually 5 times around the village! Also, info on the local Christmas charity post, a great local service which assists others in the process. POSE amateur dramatics group are delighted to present a fun pantomime for all the family, and Father Christmas is will be making his rounds again this year with a little help from the Leatherhead Lions. Check the dates to see when he may be nearby! These are just some of the events and news you will find within our pages this month. I do hope you find it helpful and that there is something you will enjoy. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2018. We look forward to being back with you in the New Year. Warmest regards,
Ros

ASK BRUCE HOME ALONE
Look Local reader Mark has a two-year-old German wire haired pointer who hates being left alone. This doesn’t happen often, as Mark takes him to work every day, but on the odd occasion when he has to leave him, the dog becomes anxious and cries. Mark asks what can we do to help him and is a second companion dog the answer? Ultimately, this is a complex issue, and an experienced dog behaviourist is needed. Just like people, all dogs are individuals, which means their psychological needs should be assessed on a dog-by-dog basis. Your first step is to understand the root cause behind your dog’s separation anxiety and address it. Spending time establishing a cosy familiar den in the form of a dog crate can also help. Then, when you leave the house, he can enjoy being in a smaller much-loved space, rather than alone in an empty house which can feel daunting. If he isn’t currently used to a crate, this exercise should be undertaken slowly and over time, as he must not feel caged. Medication is available to assist but should be a secondary option once the behavioural issues are dealt with. A companion dog is definitely not the answer. The first dog may make the second dog anxious and you could end up with two distressed dogs! This is a tough one to tackle on your own. Feel free to contact us and we can recommend some excellent trainers experienced in dog anxiety who could help. Bruce Casalis is director & founder of Bruce’s Doggy Day Care, a multi-award winning business in Bookham. Do you have any dog training or canine behavioural questions which you would like to ask Bruce ? Send your questions to :-

Running 100 Miles AROUND BOOKHAM Why I’m trying to run 100 miles around Bookham...
I’ve lived in Bookham for 2 years now and I’m a keen runner. Every year, I try to set myself a challenge to raise some money for charity. Over the years, it has been progressively harder to try to persuade my friends and family to keep donating to my ever-harder challenges. So, this year I took on my hardest challenge to date – attempting to run 100 miles in 24 hours. What made this worse was that the 100 miles comprised of 20 5-mile loops, making it a real test of mental strength as well as physical ability. My amazing friends helped me to raise nearly £1,700 for an awesome charity called Hope for Children which is the charity partner of Events for Namuwongo. This charity specifically supports an area near Kampala, Uganda, where the community faces poverty, chronic malnutrition, polluted water, drug abuse, sexual exploitation, AIDS, a derelict sanitation system and an average wage of just 20p a day. You can read more about the charity here: www.eventsfornamuwongo.com Unfortunately, my attempt at the 100 miles failed. I really struggled with the weather, injuries and fatigue and managed 16 laps of the course (80 miles) in the allotted 24 hours. I was mortified – I’d raised a lot
14 Looklocal Magazine - Festive Issue 2017
of money, but I hadn’t completed the challenge I’d promised. I was a wreck afterwards and I could barely walk, spending a lot of time feeling very sorry for myself. Obviously, no-one asked for their money back from the charity, but I felt terrible about not finishing. A couple of days later, I heard my daughter (aged 4) saying if at first you don’t succeed… and I decided I’d better have another go! This was six months ago and since then I have started running again, training harder and running further then I’ve ever done before. I discovered a loop from my house that goes through the common, past Effingham Station and back which is exactly 5 miles long, and on 25th November ,I’m going to try and run it 20 times in 24 hours! I’ve got some amazing friends and family helping out and this time I’m hoping I can get the full 100 completed. So, if you spot a tall, deranged-looking man running loops VERY slowly around the common, then please shout some words of encouragement! Talking Newspaper BRINGING WEEKLY NEWS TO THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED Andrew Smith - Chairman, Bookham Talking Newspaper
Every week, a team of local volunteers gathers at The Grange in Bookham, sitting like newsreaders of yesteryear around a large table, to record another edition of our local Bookham Talking Newspaper. We take our sight so much for granted. Without it, or with failing sight, talking newspapers provide the very local news that so many enjoy. These local ‘talking newspaper’ charities started in 1970, and now number over 500 across Britain, helping over 100,000 blind and partially sighted people access news of their local community. These groups are members of the Talking Newspaper Federation: for facts, see www.tnf.org.uk Bookham Talking Newspaper was set up over 40 years ago by local Rotary Club stalwart Eddie Crouch MBE. Eddie has memories of a first recording session in the garden shed of a fellow club member, which then involved a far more lengthy copying session than today to produce C90 cassettes. The recording equipment used has changed several times over the years, but the essence of the service has remained similar and uninterrupted. Our talking newspaper has about 45 users, living from Ashtead across to Horsley. This is in fact only half the number who used the service at its height, and we would be delighted to hear from or about others who might benefit, as we are sure extra demand exists (see enquiry details below). This is a free service, run by volunteers and using Freepost Royal Mail to deliver a weekly USB
drive which users simply plug in to a specialist player, provided by the charity via an in-person home visit to explain how to use it. Having listened to each edition, the pen drive is sent back to us by Freepost. Our modest expenses are met by occasional donations from Rotary and the Lions. The real work is done each week by a team of volunteers, who, by rotation, edit articles from the local Advertiser, then read and record those articles as a team, to provide a change of voice tone and style! Other volunteers manage the technical and distribution side of the operation. We have plans to invigorate the newspaper and will look to strengthen it with: - New users: do you know someone who might benefit? Call Martin Pulsford on 01372 453565 to discuss - Content review: feedback from users will guide some revisions, and other local news sources might be added - A strong team: if you think you might like to spend an enjoyable occasional hour or two, please think about joining the volunteer team. Without obligation, please also call Martin Pulsford on 01372 453565. Our team of tremendous volunteers was headed for five years by Ruth Little, who sadly died last month. Before taking the helm, Ruth also had responsibility for circulation, and we want to pay tribute finally to her great energy and contribution over many years.

POSE | www.posedrama.co.uk | posedrama@googlemail.com
POSE is a Bookham-based drama group which has performed a pantomime at The Old Barn Hall for many years – this year, we will be presenting Red Riding Hood by Peter Long and Keith Rawnsley. Red Riding Hood lives at Birchwood Orphanage where she was found abandoned as a baby. Although others are allowed to leave the orphanage, the cruel Squire Bullymore has virtually imprisoned Red Riding Hood, keeping her from the love of her life, Peter the Woodcutter. When Granny Knott inherits some money, she decides to adopt a granddaughter and visits the orphanage to find her. Granny decides that Red Riding Hood is perfect for her but the Squire is determined not to let her go and asks the Wolf for help. The Wolf ’s solution is to eat Red Riding Hood

– something Peter and the other orphans set out to stop. Along with Patches and Pinny, the orphanage handyman and cook, and watched over by the Fairy of the Forest, Peter sets off to rescue Red Riding Hood and teach Squire Bullymore a lesson. It has a high success rate and is independent of the police, local council, housing associations or any other authority. Poem CORNER
Marion Kemp
In Praise of Hugs! Opening Hours I wish to makePractice a little plug SPECIAL OFFER In favour of the common hug. When small, the spontaneous hug was always there, Now, in adulthood, it seems more rare. So why from this contact do we shrink? Worried what others might wrongly think That this expression of warm affection Is merely a show, an affectation Like kissing the air beside the face, A political gesture? A false embrace?
I’m not for one moment going to suggest You clasp passing strangers to your chest! But a timely hug can often convey Much more than words could ever say.
Marion lives locally here in Bookham and has written a collection of lovely poems. These are available in the form of a little booklet called ‘In Praise of Hugs and other Poems’ . You can pick your copy up at any of the following venues: Bookham Country Market, Bookham Library, Wishing Well card shop in Bookham High Street, Leatherhead Library or by calling Marion on 01372 450841. Priced at only £4, this is a lovely little Christmas gift for anyone.

Gardening Matters DECEMBER/JANUARY TASKS Cecelia John 01372 200 000 or ros@looklocalmagazine.co.uk
December and January. Cold, wet, dark. What is there to like? Winter’s my least favourite season, but there are still a few jobs to do, so off we go outside (reluctantly). Divide perennials - geraniums, sedum - which are getting too large. Prise the root apart with a knife or spade: it seems brutal, but they’re pretty hardy and you can fill gaps with the divided plants. It will also maintain the health and vigour of the plants. Make sure the new location has the correct growing conditions: a sun-loving sedum won’t be impressed with deep shade. Prune grapevines now they’re dormant, and while the ladder’s out, cut back any creepers which have made themselves too comfy around gutters, especially Virginia creeper and ivy. Rejuvenate old lilacs by cutting out the thinner growth and shortening back main branches to the desired height. Lilacs are hungry beasts: a big mulch of compost will be very welcome. However, don’t be tempted to cut back ornamental grasses now, as it can kill them. Wait till spring when new growth is just emerging. Leave your rake in the shed, because a leaf litter layer (oooh, alliteration) can be beneficial. Leaving it on beds of perennials provides a duvet which protects them from harsh frosts and snow. Gardens don’t need to be pristine at this time of year. Also, put on your goggles and industrial gloves and remove all the dead yucca leaves under the crowns. Old ones will pull off, younger ones

will need cutting with sharp secateurs. Keep a watch on ponds if there’s a sharp frost. Don’t break the ice, because that sends shock waves which upset the fish. A better idea is to boil your kettle and melt a hole in the ice. Better still is to take action before a really cold snap and put a ball to float in the water. This prevents the ice forming in that area. You can buy floating electric heaters for ponds that keep a hole clear too, but you need an electric supply and a ball is WAY cheaper. Winter’s hard on garden wildlife, so feed the birds regularly, but also provide over-wintering refuges for creatures. Log piles offer safe places for toads and frogs, and they’re the gardener’s friends, since they love slugs (someone has to). Take care when lighting bonfires, as they’re popular places for hedgehogs to start hibernating. Squirrels. What can I say? Infuriating beyond measure, so cover bulbs in beds with netting to stop them digging them up and put upturned hanging baskets over bulbs in containers. And forget throwing snails over the fence (yes, own up) because they love you too much and have a homing instinct. Finally, take photos throughout the year, noting what you were/weren’t happy with, which plants flourished, which didn’t etc. This way, you can plan and improve your garden year on year. Wishing you all a Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year.

Be in the Kitchen MRS JONES’ CHRISTMAS CAKE
beinthekitchen.co.uk | be@kassapiam.com | 01372 803 821
Mrs Jones, my cookery teacher at secondary school, was legendary and her Christmas cake recipe is absolutely fantastic! It has been baked for every major celebration in our family since school days and never lets you down. I’m excited to make a gluten/dairy-free version this year just for me! I’m going to use Dove’s Farm flour and Mesto extra virgin olive oil instead of butter and it will be gorgeous – just remember that if you swap butter for oil, you only need 75% quantity of oil (says reliable Cate from Mesto). Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year – I’ve been excited for months
Ingredients: 285g/10 oz plain flour, sifted a pinch of salt 1 teaspoon ground mixed spice 225g/8 oz unsalted butter, softened 225g/8 oz soft dark brown sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 tablespoon black treacle 340g/12 oz sultanas 225g/8 oz raisins 225g/8oz currants 110g/4 oz mixed peel 170g/6 oz glace cherries, halved 30g/1 oz chopped nuts
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 100°C/200°/Gas ½. Line a 18cm/7” deep round cake tin with a double layer of silicone paper over the bottom & sides. 2. Sift the flour with the salt and spice into a large bowl. 3. Cream the butter with the sugar. Beat the eggs with the treacle and slowly add to the creamed butter and sugar mixture. 4. Mix the dried fruit and nuts with the flour and add the butter and egg mixture. Stir well together. 5. Turn the mixture into the prepared tin & make a slight dip in the centre. 6. Bake in the centre of the oven for approximately 2-3 hours or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. NOTE: When making large quantities or using different sized tins, fill the 18cm/7” cake tin with water and then pour it into the larger tins, noting how many quantities it takes to fill each tin up. Very useful for getting accurate measurements for a multi-layered wedding cake.

LOVE real Christmas trees? HATE taking them away? I am a Medical Sciences student at Exeter University fundraising for Meningitis Research Foundation (registered charity no. 1091105) by undertaking many activities including a sponsored trek to the Everest base camp. Meningitis is a disease that can kill in hours and students my age are amongst those at the highest risk. Meningitis is preventable by vaccination and your donations will assist this as well as research in diagnosis, treatments and support for those affected by the disease. Please ring Bookham 454182 or 07730 986703 to arrange a convenient time for collection. Rugby Star Wows LEATHERHEAD PROBUS
110 members attended to hear Rob Andrew OBE and Jon Taylor discuss international rugby.
Leatherhead Probus Club held its second Charity Sporting Lunch on Tuesday 3rd October at Tyrrells Wood Golf Club, attended by over 110 members and guests. Following a very enjoyable lunch, we settled down to listen to our celebrity speakers. These were Rob Andrew OBE, who had a distinguished rugby career as an England fly half, during which he won 71 England caps and scored 396 points. He was joined by John Taylor who, despite being born in England, played rugby for Wales and has the proud boast of never having lost to England. Their talk took the form of a question and answer session, with John asking Rob questions loosely based on questions previously submitted by the audience. However, we were first shown a short video of Rob scoring a drop goal just before time to beat Australia in a World Cup quarter final, what could be better than that? Rob went on to bemoan that another fly half (Johnny Wilkinson) had done something similar
46 Looklocal Magazine - Festive Issue 2017
to win a subsequent World Cup. What is more, he had gone on to break nearly all the other records which Rob had achieved; this was all said in good part! The duo continued with humorous answers to questions and comments on the mental capabilities of the forwards versus the backs. They also made some very thoughtful comments on the changes to the game, following on from it becoming professional, the level of injuries in the current game and the reasons for it and the sizes of modern players who these days all seem huge. The afternoon concluded with a raffle and an auction, which raised the afternoon’s takings to over £3500 donated to the Lord’s Taverners charity who help disadvantaged children participate in sports. Our guest at the Christmas members’ lunch will be Chris Tarrant OBE and there are good speakers for all 2018 monthly lunches - for info, contact membership@ProbusClubLeatherhead.org.uk Eric Martin

Giving you that little ‘extra help’ needed at home.
Extra Help was originally set up to respond to the needs of the elderly who were wanting to live independently but needed that regular ‘extra help’ at home. Since launching, and with their success across the country including Surrey, they have expanded their services to everyone, to include families and busy professionals who need that ‘extra help’ with a regular or ad-hoc (one-off) type service with cleaning and general house work chores. Extra Help strives to build the right team of honest and reliable helpers, based on their values: * Trust * Kindness * Security * Quality
* Caring * Personal * Consistency * Professional

the continuity of the same helper for all your domestic needs, so that they become a real friend who you can call upon whenever you need them. The following are a selection of customer testimonials taken from their Surrey clients during 2017: • “Marty was very good at ironing and was just amazing at making the beds, whilst Natalie was very thorough with her tidying and cleaning. I found all of you very pleasant and helpful, and I would highly recommend Extra Help to others.” Jan [Dorking] • “Thank you, James, for sending me a lovely team of home helpers to help me with my house work cleaning for the past year…” Catherine [Epsom] • “I’m very happy with the gardening service received from Extra Help…” Jeanette [West Ewell] • “Lucy has been such a wonderful helper to Olive and she always goes the extra mile to help Olive, which could be from cleaning to escorting Olive and caring for her during hospital appointments…” Judy [Leatherhead] For more information on Extra Help and their services, please visit www.extra-help.co.uk or email: surreyeast@extra-help.co.uk

VW Polo OUR FESTIVE CAR REVIEW By Ted Macauley
Next month (January) will herald the arrival of Volkswagen’s latest and boldest bid to cash in and unnerve their rivals in the highly competitive and big business small hatchback SUV market. And it comes in the petite shape of the Polo Mk6, the sixth generation of the marque and what to me looks like a surefire winner. All new and more grown up than ever before, it has improvements on its predecessors, including the abandonment of the three-door version for a five-door replacement. VW…Veritable Winners… which has amassed 14m sales worldwide, and 1.4m in the UK since 1975, has opted to lure younger buyers. Hence the updated, uprated Polo’s sharper looks and dazzling interior, oh-sobright and colourful, compared with its previous rather sombre appearance. Now it is aglow with a neatly integrated wow of an eightinch touchscreen infotainment system designed not only to be easy on the eye but uncomplicatedly convenient to the fingers, even for the ham-fisted among us. In contrast to its older relatives, the re-thought and extended wheelbase offers the distinct advantage of a more generous underbody which consequently benefits those on board, with more space in the cabin, adequate
50 Looklocal Magazine - Festive Issue 2017
leg and headroom and a superior driving position with a clear view. Boot space, too, is 25% more generous than before. There is also a fresh range of engines, taking in five 1.0 litre petrol versions as well as 1.5 litre and 2.0 litre petrols and a twosome of 1.6 diesels. It is all fine evidence that Volkswagen is chasing really hard, with so many rivals scrapping so intensely to command the SUV sharplybuilding supply chain. The Mk6 price is reckoned to be about £13,500, a whole deal dearer than, say, the equivalent Ibiza, and certainly a bigger wallet-emptier than its Polo predecessors. But as neat and tidy and economic all-rounders go, this new kid on the cylinder block will hold its own, I am sure. Setbacks? Few. It can be a wee bit noisy and harsh at certain rev levels, but that’s something you can put up with when you allow your thoughts to be overtaken by the vast benefits that accrue from this advanced and tasty mint Polo. Specification: VW Polo 1.0 TSI 95. Engine 3cylinder, 999cc turbo. Petrol. Top speed 116mph. Accleration: 0-62mph 10.8 secs. Price around £13,500 (on sale in January).

Project Wenceslas RETURNS
This is a special appeal to readers of this journal to help others less well off than themselves.
If you receive the fuel allowance from the Department of Work and Pensions of £100 annually in November, please would you consider donating the sum to Project Wenceslas, organised by the Leatherhead Lions Club? The money received is ring-fenced for the single purpose of of assisting those people who have difficultly in paying their gas and electricity bills. The Citizens Advice Bureau monitors applications for funding, and claims are usually paid in the form of credits on prepayment meter cards. Over the last four years, the Lions have helped over 100 clients to the tune of £22,000 in settling fuel bills.
It’s not just the elderly who ask for help, it’s all ages at all levels of society, and as long as the price of fuel remains high, the problem is not going to go away. Your donation will be safe with the Lions and will be fairly distributed to those in need. So, just like the poem of Good King Wenceslas helping the poor man, be a “Wenceslas” yourself: it’s going to be a cold winter, so they say, so don’t let others suffer from lack of heating. Please complete the coupon or follow the Just Giving instructions of www.leatherheadlions.org.uk All donations will be acknowledged.

Marketing Help Needed AT SPACE!
The small team of volunteers that manages the South Bookham SPACE community centre in Dorking Road is looking for an additional volunteer to help with marketing activities. The centre has gone from strength to strength in the six years since it was opened & a survey taken in October shows that over 400 people are attending the 19 different activities taking place each week at South Bookham SPACE & Outer SPACE. In addition, about 100 local residents, mainly children under 10, come to parties at SPACE each month. We need a marketing volunteer to help continue this success by promoting SPACE as a great place for children’s parties, as well as all the regular classes. If you’d like to help write short pieces for the SPACE website and local publications/websites, as well as other PR activities, such as Facebook, please email Trevor on info@southbookhamspace.org.uk for a friendly chat.

Competition Time THE STORY OF THE CAR BY GILES CHAPMAN Once in a while, but nowhere near frequently enough, there appears on the shelves a book to captivate both the senior and junior members of the family equally, like a tasty verbal treat to be relished. And that has welcomely happened with a rather splendid and superbly written and illustrated hardback of no mean size, entitled: “The Story of the Car”, priced at £12.99 and written by veteran motoring journalist and broadcaster Giles Chapman, the author of 40 books. It is a fascinatingly total trace of our private transport, our pride and joy, from its lifechanging inception 140 years ago up to the present day, pinpointing the developments from scary steam-powered slow-crawlers to the sleek iconic electric and flash flyers of nowadays, giving us the latest treats, comforts and excitement on the move.
Track down the traffic jam from legendary Benz’s first motor wagon to the jet-propelled cutting-edge Thrust SSC… Sheer petrol heads and even the mildly curious will share the coffee-table-topper’s excellent and unfussy, uncomplicated and impressively illustrated offering that I forecast will be a firm favourite, a deserved success for awardwinner Mr Chapman. I have appreciated its company and unrivalled supply of revealing info and history, and would like to pass it all on as a prize to a family as eager to enjoy as I have been.
So, my prize winning question:
How many books has Giles Chapman authored? Email your answer to ros@looklocalmagazine.co.uk by 10/01/18 for a chance to win!!

EPSOM & ST. HELIER HOSPITALS NHS TRUST On Thursday 2nd November, Daniel Elkeles, CEO of the Trust, spoke to some 60 Bookham residents at the Baptist Church. He explained the forward strategy for the Trust and what it could mean for us here in Bookham. Between 2020 and 2030, the Trust plan ensures that both Epsom and St Helier hospitals would be renovated and that a new acute hospital would be built, staffed by full-time consultants and other specialists. This should provide better care for the 50,000 seriously sick people of the 200,000 patients seen every year by the Trust at both locations. This new unit would be either at St. Helier, co-located with The Royal
58 Looklocal Magazine - Festive Issue 2017
Marsden, or at Epsom. Other services would be maintained at the two existing hospitals. It was pointed out that, should this new unit be located at St Helier, then Bookham residents would probably like the right to ask if they could move from this Trust to that of the Royal Surrey at Guildford. Daniel accepted that this might be a possibility. For more information, go to www.epsom-sthelier. nhs.uk/news/epsom-and-st-helier-2020-2030 Peter Seaward Chairman BRA

Volunteering with HORSLEY & BOOKHAM RIDING FOR THE DISABLED
Operating for over 30 yrs giving rides to local children & young adults with mental & physical disabilities.
Horsley and Bookham RDA is a registered charity which provides facilities to benefit disabled children and young adults by having regular contact with horses. We have been operating for over 30 years, giving rides to local children and young adults with mental and physical disabilities. Each week, with the assistance of our coaches and volunteers, our riders can enjoy the horse-riding experience. This provides them with the chance to be independent, to feel a sense of achievement, and it puts smiles on their faces! Volunteers are an essential part of Horsley & Bookham RDA, and without them we couldn’t possibly function. Anyone over 12 years old may become a volunteer; training is given to everyone who joins the group and you can do as little or as much as you feel capable of. We have volunteers from a diversity of backgrounds and ages who bring their talents and enthusiasm to below
our team. The most important quality that a volunteer must have is the ability to work in a team. Many volunteers have no horse experience at all when they join, but provided you are keen to learn and have a good rapport with people, training is no problem. It’s a very rewarding and fulfilling experience and some of our volunteers have been involved for many years. We operate seven rides each week on Sunday morning, Wednesday afternoon and evening and during the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are interested in volunteering your time to help disabled children locally, please visit horsleyandbookhamrda.co.uk or email horsleyandbookhamrda@hotmail.co.uk Horsley & Bookham RDA is 100% voluntarily run and funded. If you would like to get involved with the charity in a different way, please visit our website for further information.

TRANSITIONBOOKHAM Working to make our village more planet-friendly The festive season got off to a good start at the end of October with our Christmas card upcycling day, where much fun was had by all. As usual we take a break from open meetings in December, though we will of course be supporting Bookham's latenight shopping event. We've booked in quarterly meetings for 2018 on January 17th, April 18th, July 18th and October 17th. These will take place in
the St Nicolas Pastoral Centre from 7.30pm till 9pm. Entrance to the Pastoral Centre is off Church Road between Carolina's and Heads Up. Other events and meetings may be added during the year. See local notice boards, Like or Follow us on Facebook or Twitter, or email us at the address below and ask to be added to our mailing list. Have a happy and sustainable Christmas and New Year!
