Welcome to our September issue of Look Local I hope you all enjoyed a good summer and that you managed to relax a little during the past weeks. We had a lovely break and took the opportunity to give the Look Local office a bit of a make-over! Of course, a huge amount of clearing out had to be done before hand, but we now have a very neat and tidy and newly-decorated work space which is very lovely indeed! In addition to that, we did manage to take a break and we are now feeling refreshed and raring to bring you action-packed Look Local issues during this new season. This month, we are delighted to include information about a ‘Buy in Bookham’ event, celebrating the history of our lovely retail outlets in Bookham. See page 9 for more info. Also, coverage of the recent Leatherhead and District Business Awards, in which some of our Bookham businesses really stood out from the crowd. See inside for details. Plus, we bring you information about and from the following: The Mole Valley Heritage Day, The Old Barn Hall, BRA News, The Meeting Place, and Mole Valley Youth. To round off this September issues, we include a lovely feature about bees and bee-keeping which I hope you will also find interesting. We send good luck to all the young Bookham school starters and the leavers too, who may be flying the nest and heading for more studies away from home. Whatever your plans, we hope your adventures will be wonderful ! Wishing you a lovely September, Kindest regards,
Ros

ASK BRUCE +
OVERCOMING FEAR
+
Look Local reader, Fiona, has a three-year-old cross-breed rescue dog she’s owned for five months. He has settled in well and has a gentle nature, but is terrified of the vacuum cleaner. Fiona asks how can she cure his fear? The key thing here is to introduce the vacuum cleaner to him slowly using positive stimuli. This will, in time, turn his foe into a friend. Switch the cleaner on and instantly give him a treat or a favourite toy, then switch the cleaner off. Repeat a few times and leave it at that. What you are doing here is building an association between the noisy machine and something nice that he loves. In time, both you and he should see this as a fun game and not a scary exercise. Don’t rush things - little and often is best. Accept it will take time; weeks or months rather than days. Removing his fear is not an overnight quick fix but you will see small incremental benefits. What you must never do is reinforce his fear. Don’t be tempted to cuddle and comfort him when you turn the cleaner on and he becomes scared. Unlike a child, he will not understand your words, and will simply think Practice Opening Hours you are confirming this is something to be frightened of. SPECIAL OFFER Be calm and consistent, and turn his negative fear into a fun game and positive experience. Bruce Casalis is director & founder of Bruce’s Doggy Day Care, a multi-award winning business in Bookham.

AT THE BUSINESS AWARDS
The Leatherhead & District Chamber of Commerce Business Awards took place recently at St John’s School in Leatherhead. We are delighted to see a successful representation from Bookham businesses. Special congratulations must go to Helen Bullen (business owner of the ever-popular fine fettle) and Be Kassapian (our lovely Look Local recipe provider and business owner of Be in the Kitchen). They came first and second in the Business Person of the Year Award category. Here are the overall results - congratulations to all …
1
Business of the Year 2017, sponsored by the Leatherhead & District Chamber of Commerce, was won by Waytime Technologies
Ltd. The runner-up was Sell Electrical, based in Bookham, and Liquid Productions were commended in the category. Waytime Technologies is a Leatherhead-based IT services and consultancy business that helps other companies sort out their IT. Established in 2004, the company has clients in all sorts of industries, from manufacturing to accountancy and oil & gas to transport planning.
2
International Business of the Year, sponsored by the Gatwick Diamond Initiative, was won by HH Global. The runner-up was Haltermann Carless, and Cara
+
Technology was commended in this category. HH Global is an independent company based in Leatherhead that delivers marketing execution for print, packaging and creative services. The company works with some of the largest and most progressive global brands, including Google, HP, HSBC and PepsiCo. Originally formed as a print broker in 1991, following a management buy-out in 2002 by Robert MacMillan, the company has grown significantly. Today, HH Global employs 900+ staff and has offices across Europe, the US, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
3
Business Person of the Year Award, sponsored by Prowse & Co. Ltd, was won by Helen Bullen, based in Great Bookham. The runner-up was Be Kassapian based in Effingham. Peter Snell was commended in the category. A registered osteopath, Helen Bullen is well-known in her profession. Over the past seven years, Helen has grown her company, Fine Fettle, from zero to more than 4,000 clients in 7 years. Fine Fettle is a clinic with 20 part-time associate therapists and a team of 5 reception staff. As if that isn’t enough, Helen has also set up a coaching and mentoring business which she runs under her own name, Helen Bullen. Helen has also been involved in setting up the first osteopathy degree course in Dublin and was the Vice-Principal of the college
for 3 years. She also trains instructors from the Army, Navy and RAF. Helen is a committee member of the Bookham Traders’ Association and regularly gives free talks to charities.
4
Start-Up Business of the Year, sponsored by Mole Valley District Council, was won by First Hand Recruitment. The runner-up was SMART Business Supplies Ltd and Liquid Gold Whisky Co. was highly commended. Leatherhead-based First Hand Recruitment Ltd was founded by Andrew Dunne, who has more than 10 years recruitment experience. His business recruits skilled technical staff for customers across the UK, operating in the areas of defence, security & technical engineering. His website tells us they ‘connect brilliant people with the most challenging roles’.
5
Contribution to the Community Award, sponsored by Exxon Mobil, was won by Bocketts Farm Park. The runner-up was The Royal British Legion Industries, Leatherhead, and B@titude was highly commended in this category. Operating for the past 25 years, Bocketts Farm Park was chosen because of its contribution to the lives of many children in the local community. A family business, it
has become a real attraction in the area, coping with more than 20,000 children visiting it on school trips every year.
6
Retail/Hospitality Establishment of The Year Award, sponsored by Platinum Business Group, was won by Barton’s Bookshop in Leatherhead. The runner-up was Bike Beans Cycle Café and AuBel Chocolates was also commended in this category. Both are located in Ashtead. Barton’s Bookshop was established 8 and a half years ago. In his own words, owner Peter Snell says his idea was to “run the style of bookshop that he would like to visit and use – creating the atmosphere of a London club, rather than a high-pressured palace of commerce.” Several times a year, he hosts an open house day for authors, and on Sundays, he encourages parents to bring reluctant readers to Barton’s to try a selection of hand-picked children’s books. He adds “I firmly believe that there are no non-readers; it is simply that they haven’t found the right book yet.” As a way of celebrating, and giving something back to the local community, Helen and Be aim to hold an autumn charity event with proceeds going to a local charity. More details to follow, watch this space!

etails of every event taking place in Mole Valley’s Heritage Open Days (HOD), all of which are free of charge, are available online by visiting www. heritageopendays.co.uk or by picking up a booklet. The Mole Valley Heritage Open Days booklet is available from the Council’s Pippbrook offices in Dorking, Dorking Halls, the HelpShop in Leatherhead, the Leatherhead Institute, local libraries and National Trust properties in the local area. Some of the events require advance booking where space is limited. Details of how to book are included in the booklet and on the HOD website. The title theme for Heritage Open Days 2017 is ‘Wheels in Motion’. Many of the participants in this year’s festival have taken the opportunity to interpret the theme in original and quirky ways. Given the nature of

this year’s theme, visitors can look forward to a number of intriguing transport-inspired events, including trains, buses – of the horse-drawn variety too – and a fire engine. There will be plenty of fascinating non-transport-related events on offer across the district too. They will cover many aspects of Mole Valley’s heritage, from landmark buildings to beautiful countryside, including a variety of examples of industrial history and mechanical heritage. Councillor Corinna Osborne-Patterson, Executive Member for Communities, Services & Housing, said: “Thanks to the many dedicated organisations and volunteers across the district, visitors can once again explore some of the very best and most impressive examples of Mole Valley’s stunningly rich heritage. I am proud that Mole Valley District Council continues to support the wonderful Heritage Open Days. Don’t forget to book your tickets early. SEPTEMBER TASKS

‘Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness, /Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun; / Conspiring with him …/… to set budding more, /And still more, later flowers for the bees…’
A
h yes, Keats knew what he was on about in ‘To Autumn’. If we have a balmy autumn, give an occasional can of water to late perennials – cosmos, dahlias, chrysanthemums, asters – to keep them flowering. Keep dead-heading too, and if it’s still warm, feed plants with Growmore while deadheading to build them up for next year. Climbing roses can be pruned once flowering’s over, but don’t use rose feed with nitrogen now, as it encourages leaf growth, and the frost will get that new soft leaf growth. Feed once more with potash, start taking hardwood cuttings, and collect and burn leaves with rust, black spot etc. Start clearing away annual bedding and feed the soil. Spring bulbs are already on sale, so pot some now for Christmas display, or store them cool and dry for a month or so… and out of the way: mice (my particular fear objects) love crocus corms. Plant winter-flowering plants, eg viburnum, and spring-flowering biennials, eg wallflowers and forget-me-nots. Heathers too can be planted in light/peaty/sandy acid soil, in full light and slightly deeper than they were in the pot. Damp, warm September is perfect for propagation, so divide perennials that come into leaf early – pulmonaria, euphorbia, some hostas – so that they get off to a good start in spring and can flower undisturbed. Colchicums can be divided too as soon as
the flowers have collapsed. Like daffodils, they’re good in rough grass under trees. Penstemons are perennial, if sometimes tender, but they get woody and tired after a few years, so take cuttings under polythene now to make strong young plants for next year, removing the plastic once rooted. Perennials spilling over onto lawns kill the grass, and although it recovers in due course through winter/early spring, it does rather spoil the winter picture. Lift the plants up a little by making a cane arch under them to let in light and air, and shear over the grass beneath to make it bush out again. It’s worth gathering fallen leaves fairly often before they make yellow patches, and the easiest way is to run the mower, set high, over the lawn on a dry day, whisking leaves up into the grassbox. The mix of shredded leaves and light grass clippings makes great compost. Beware of leaves eddying in the corners of lawns or sitting on top of alpines: not only does this encourage moulds underneath, but they’re also the perfect dosshouse for slugs. Finally, September evenings can be really lovely, so, once the sun is over the yardarm (which apparently is at about 11.00am in Northern hemispheres, what’s not to love?), fetch yourself a glass of something delicious and sit out there and admire your beautiful patch of garden, however large or small. All too soon, it will be winter…*doom* *gloom*…..

SEPTEMBER RECIPE
+
This recipe is from Amelia Freer’s ‘Cook, Nourish, Glow’. Amelia is a fabulous nutritional therapist, and her book ‘Eat Nourish Glow’ is the most brilliant, easy read – grab one before you head off for the summer hols! It just makes sense and I subscribe to it all and feel so good as a result. This recipe is another brilliant, easy, gluten-free recipe – filling and delicious and perfect for the beach. Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 175°C/155°C fan. Line a 20cm/9cm loaf tin with non-stick baking parchment 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground almonds, salt, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. 3. Whizz the kale, courgette, garlic and herbs in a food processor, or chop it all very finely. Add to the bowl along with the eggs, coocnut milk, lemon juice, coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix well. 4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and flatten the surface using the back of a spoon dipped in cold water. 5. Bake the loaf on the middle rack of the oven for 45 minutes – 1 hour, or until an inserted metal skewer comes out clean. 6. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool before serving. Makes one loaf

This guide about backing up our computers was written by Les Beer, from Tecres in Leatherhead, which has been providing computer solutions since 1989.

There are many reasons why you would want a highperformance computer. It may be that you play games, photo edit, video edit, or you do 3D design or animation. If your machine’s performance is not up to the task, this will result in poor graphics quality or very jerky performance. Maybe it’s taking ages to reflect any changes you have made? Now is the time to address the problem. We have a significant range of truly high performance PCs and laptops which will consign your previous issues to the “distant memory” department. Our PCs are all custom-built, so we can build the very best machine for your purposes. The laptops are preassembled and enjoy a stunning specification. What to look for: Processor The raw performance is supplied by the processor (CPU), and the device you should be going for is the Intel Core i7 quad core device or the AMD Ryzen 1700 with 8 cores. Some laptops have Core i7 CPUs with dual core CPUs. This will provide you with less power, and they are generally of lower performance Solid State Hard drive (SSDs) Programs and data are stored on the hard drive in the PC, and the faster you can access this information, the faster the PC will respond. The hard drive types used in PCs for the last 20 years have been mechanical hard drives, and whilst they can hold huge amounts of data, their access speed is quite slow. The solid state hard drives offer dynamic performance, up to 20 times faster than a mechanical drive, but the capacity of SSDs tends to be less, so our solution is to install both. The SSD is used to store your Windows system and programs, whilst the mechanical hard drive is used to store all your data.

Graphics card This is a component which lives inside your machine and manages the information displayed. There are two main manufacturers of graphics cards, NVidia and Radeon, with a variety of models in the range. Going for the most up-to-date graphics card could cost as much as £600 just for the card, but selecting the next model back in the range (which was the very best graphics card only 2 or 3 months ago) will reduce the cost of the graphics card to c£250. Other factors Having at least 8Gb of RAM is important, as is having a good powerful power supply to provide a reliable and regulated power feed to the components. A quality case with good cooling and thermal qualities is also essential, and finally, the motherboard must be of a suitable standard to cater for your needs. There are a number of factors you need to consider, so before you make that decision, come and talk to us to ensure you are covering all the aspects required. Total Care For the past 4 years, we have been offering home and small business users a comprehensive support package which provides the following key features: • Industry-leading internet security program • Full machine data backup to our cloud • Unlimited remote assistance from our Leatherhead based engineers • Unlimited workshop labour from our Leatherhead based engineers • Unlimited instore advice and assistance All this for a single annual payment of £120 plus VAT per year.

Neil Tennant & Chris Lowe PET SHOP BOYS Once upon a time, pop fans, Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe met in an electronic shop in the Kings Road, Chelsea. Recognizing a mutual interest in dance music, they began to work together, first in Tennant’s flat in South West London and then from 1982 in a small studio in Camden Town. Since those early days, they have sold over 50 million records worldwide, and the boys are listed as the most successful duo in British music history. They have achieved 42 Top 30 singles and 22 Top 10 hits in the UK. With this amazing success story and huge fanbase, I’m delighted to pass on the news of a very special series of reissues of their ground-breaking Parlophone (record label) LPs which is just out. This definitive edition features each album from the duo’s peerless discography on the label, remastered and released with additional further listening albums of bonus tracks, demos and mixes created in the same period of time as each album. Each album will be accompanied by an extensive booklet in which Neil and Chris discuss each song, illustrated with lots of archive footage. What a labour of love this all is! Essential goodies for the unique twosome once regarded as the odd couple. They’ve certainly come a long way since recording their exclusive, first ever radio session for me all those years ago and I hope this heralds the welcome return of the PSBs.

beekeeping +
A QUICK GUIDE FOR BEGINNERS
Beekeeping is an increasingly popular pastime. The health (and taste) benefits of honey, while caring for a vital insect pollinator, act as a draw for people of all ages.
A bit about bees... A colony of bees contains a single queen, a few hundred male bees (drones) and up to 50,000 female worker bees, which are the honeybees you see visiting flowers in your garden. The queen is larger than a worker and can live up to three years. She will lay more than half a million eggs. A new queen makes a mating flight, mates with six or seven drones and returns to the hive where all her needs are met by worker bees.
1. What sort of hive should I buy? Most beginners use the National, a square box that is easy to use, but you could opt for a traditional, double skinned (ie a box within a box) WBC hive (named
+
after William Broughton Carr), which is a bit more expensive, but looks more romantic.
2. Where do I get the bees? Try your local beekeepers’ association to see if there are bees for sale nearby or if they know of any bee auctions, usually held in May and June. Check the classified pages of magazines such as BeeCraft (http://www.bee-craft. com/) or use a mail-order company such as Maisemore - http://www.bees-online.co.uk/ Paynes - https://www.paynesbeefarm.co.uk/ Thorne - http://www.thorne.co.uk/ or National Bee Supplies - http://www.beekeeping.co.uk/. Most importantly, make sure they are gentle: bees differ in temperament and it’s best to start with docile ones. Contact a regional branch of The British Beekeepers’ Association (http://www.bbka.org.uk/), which in this area is Surrey (http://www.surreybeekeepers.org.uk/), and locally, the Weybridge division (http://weybridgebeekeepers.weebly.com/).

3. What kit will I need? A bee-proof all-in-one suit with veil, together with a pair of gloves and wellies, costs less than £150. Apart from the hive, you’ll need a ‘smoker’ to puff smoke as you work (bees link it with forest fires and, thinking their home is in danger, concentrate on eating their precious honey, leaving you free to rummage in the hive), and a hive tool to prise apart the hive parts.
4. How much care do bees require? Bees can survive without human input, so unlike other livestock, do not require daily attention. On a warm spring day, open your hive for a thorough inspection; check your queen is laying eggs, make sure there are still enough honey stores and give the hive a good clean, scraping away winter debris, and replacing old broken frames. Until July, the colony will be growing rapidly and can reach up to 50,000, so check weekly to ensure there is room for egg-laying and honey storing, otherwise
the bees may swarm. This is when the queen, sensing that space is running out, leaves the hive with half the worker bees to form another colony. Though the bees left behind will survive (they realise they are queenless and feed some of the larvae with Royal Jelly to create a new queen), you will have lost half your workforce and your honey crop will be reduced.
5. Collecting the honey In August, you can collect your honey, perhaps 40lbs or more per hive. In autumn, you need to replace the ‘stolen’ honey by feeding your bees a sugar solution. Then, having protected the hive against woodpeckers and mice, you can shut up shop for the winter.
6. Where can I learn how to keep bees? The Weybridge division of Surrey Beekeepers Association runs a 10 week theory course in January-March, followed by a 10 week practical course in April-June. For further info, see http://weybridgebeekeepers.weebly.com/

AT SURREY YOUTH GAMES
+
220 young sporting stars aged 7 to 16 shone for Team Mole Valley at this year’s Specsavers Surrey Youth Games on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 June 2017. The team achieved a superb medal haul over the weekend in a range of sports.
O
ver 430 boys and girls from 29 schools across the district took advantage of the opportunity to get active as part of fun and friendly free training sessions run by Mole Valley District Council. At the end of the eightweek training sessions, 220 local pupils were selected to represent Team Mole Valley at the Surrey Sports Park in Guildford. Over the weekend, nineteen teams from Mole Valley relished the experience of competitive teamwork and showcasing their talents against youngsters from the ten other districts and boroughs in the largest annual sports event in Surrey. Team Mole Valley did themselves and the district proud, culminating in a number of medals won across a range of sports: Gold: Mini Tennis – mixed under 8s. Gold: Squash – mixed under 10s Silver: Badminton – mixed under 14s Bronze: Netball – girls under 13s
50 Looklocal Magazine - September 2017
Bronze: Swimming – mixed under 12s Bronze: Table Tennis – mixed under 13s Other highlights included two ‘judokas’ winning individual silver and bronze medals in the Girls junior and Senior Judo competition. Councillor Lucy Botting, Executive Member for Wellbeing Services said: “The district’s young people have once again excelled themselves in this year’s Specsavers Surrey Youth Games. I was delighted with the number of local pupils who participated in the training sessions, and it’s fantastic to see that this annual event has wider-reaching health benefits, not just for those lucky enough to compete in the Games. The 430 young people who took part in the training sessions should be very proud of their involvement in this brilliant event, which strongly contributes to community wellbeing.” The complete results for the weekend’s competition can be found by visiting Active Surrey’s website www.activesurrey.com/surreyyouthgames/2017. ford fiesta +
TED MACAULEY

L
et me kick off with an admission. Initially, when the chance to review the latest Ford Fiesta arose, all my historic doubts and dislikes loomed again and I dawdled for ages over the responsibility. Alright, I admit, it’s senseless to form an opinion without sampling whatever might be the product, but my memories of the Fiesta from its onset are darkened by the sight of too many rusting, rattletrap models with no style or presence, even if their pricing, years ago, was considered to be a bargain. I reasoned that you get what you pay for, and even though Ford reaped vast rewards, I could never persuade myself that owning a Fiesta was in any way shape or form worthwhile, despite the claims it was the UK’s favourite car. Right across the country, from its early dealership HQ in Birmingham, more than one million…YES…1,000,000... have been ordered since 2008 - and since its initial arrival on the scene in 1976, more than 4,500,000 have found their way onto our drives and rubbish tips. OK, OK, maybe I’m being too cynical. But the clarity of my memory and the images of the very ordinary Fiesta usually a teenager’s first car and generally second or third hand, in those long-gone days - still lingers in my mind’s eye. But times and attitudes change and that’s happened in my case. The fresh Fiesta, just out, has given me good cause to readjust my opinion under a welter of upgrades and updates and some smart, astute thinking and planning by the brainbox designers and engineers. The new Ford kid on the cylinder block, the replacement effort to retake control and monopoly of the heavilyfought small hatchback battleground, is destined to give upper-brand and firmly established rivals Seat Ibiza and the Skoda Fabia a very, very strong challenge. And it could well be a winner…there, I’ve said it! It looks good. It has improved performing engines. revised in-car technology, greater grip, a totally revamped, stylish cabin with a heated leather steering wheel and refinement at every glance. The predecessors suffered dreary interiors
54 Looklocal Magazine - September 2017
with pathetic infotainment and a plethora of cheap plastics. Not any more…it now feels distinctly plush! High quality indeed. The top-of-the-range, sporty ST-Line, which benefits from bottom-hugger sports seats and lower suspension to deepen the sensation of safety around the tighter turns and over the bumps, is a real treat, with its 138bhp motor offering a nippy response that’s distinctly pleasing. In short, it’s a superb drive in all aspects, from its smart, comfy inside with plenty of head and leg room, even for six-footers like me, and a surprisingly powerful engine, ensuring you’re not left standing if needs be. And the great news for tightwads is its economy, with a welcome return of 63 mpg. Red, white and blue, Ford reveal, are the three favourite colours, but in the fresh Fiesta line-up, you can opt for new shades Chrome Copper and Mint Green. Andy Barratt, chairman of Ford Britain, is rightly upbeat about the Fiesta newcomer, telling me:”The eyes of the world are on us. And we will take over the rein as the top seller.” I can’t argue with that confident forecast. It’s a real high flier in more ways than one. Specification: Fiesta 140 ST-Line five door. Engine: 1.0-litre petrol. 138BHP. Six speed manual gearbox. Top speed 125mph.0-62mph in 9.0secs. Economy: 63mpg. Price £18,945.

NEIL CLARKE, 13362 CRIME REDUCTION ADVISOR EASTERN DIVISION
n spite of many people taking sensible precautions to protect their homes and property, we have seen a disappointing rise in the number of reports relating to domestic burglaries, and that includes break-ins to sheds, garages and outbuildings. The key points to remember is that burglars like to work unobserved and as quickly as possible. They tend to be opportunistic: ie they see a vulnerable property and take a chance on seeing if they can gain easy access to steal. The majority of burglars gain access from insecure premises via the ground floor at the rear of a property, so the simplest deterrent is to make these common access points as secure as possible. Obviously, this means ensuring that doors and windows are securely locked when you are not at home but there are some other simple things to consider which can make your home less desirable as a target. The first is the external visibility of your home. A clear line of sight from the roadside to the front of your home is a natural deterrent, as there is a reduced opportunity for a burglar to work unobserved. Also, the installation of some simple dusk-till-dawn lighting at the front of your property removes pools of shadow which are very popular with burglars who want to avoid being seen. I don’t mean motion-activated high intensity lighting, but simply low-level lighting that provides good visibility and conveys an impression that your home is occupied. Side gates need to be high enough to deter climbing, and preferably secured with bolts or a padlock lower down on the door or gate to minimise the chances of someone being able to lean over and unbolt the gate. Avoid placing wheelie bins near back gates too, as they
+
make a very useful climbing aid. Consider registering your property on a free national database, such as Immobilise. This is a secure system where you can register any of your property and even upload photographs of items. Check out Immobilise. com or contact your local Safer Neighbourhood Team, who can provide guidance and practical support in getting you started with registering your property. You could also consider using forensic property marking on any items of value, from laptops and bikes to paintings and jewellery. When any items are recovered from suspects of burglaries, it is checked to see if there is any forensic marking on items and this is a really helpful way of getting items returned to their rightful owners. With garden sheds, always make sure that they are locked and secured, preferably with a sturdy padlock, and consider painting any gardening equipment with your postcode and house number. This makes items far less desirable to a would-be thief. If you are considering installing an alarm system, I would suggest that you get a few quotes and check out the advice available on the National Security Inspectorate’s website, where you can find impartial information about the various types of alarm systems that are available and who is nationally accredited in your local area. The web address is www.nsi.org.uk. Even a simple audible alarm, with clear signage to show that you have a security system in place, is an excellent deterrent. If you would like further advice or even a free, impartial home security review then you can always contact me direct, either by phone to 101 Extension 30809, or by Email to Neil.Clarke@surrey.pnn.police.uk
