ROOM DIRECTORY ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED Royal Savoy Hotel and Restaurants are accessible for disabled people or people with reduced mobility.

ADAPTER PLUGS Electric adapter and USB plugs are available on your room desk.

AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING The hotel is fully equipped with an air-conditioning system operational from May to October. Central heating is functional from November to April. Each room has a temperature regulator to directly adjust the desired power.

ATM SERVICE / BANKS There are some ATM machines located near the hotel.

Banking hours are generally Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

BABIES Cots (up to 24 months), changing facilities, highchairs and bottle warmers are available.

BARS / RESTAURANTS The Brasserie du Royal gives prides of place to authenticity and simplicity, reinventing the brasserie spirit in a gourmet and sophisticated way.

The Lounge Bar offers mouth-watering snacks so you can indulge in spontaneous and refined dishes.

Our panoramic terrace on the 7th floor is our mediterranean Sky Lounge at summertime or our picturesque chalet Après Sky during winter.

BREAKFAST A buffet breakfast and an “à la carte” selection are served from 7:00 to 10:30 (until 11:00 on Sundays) in the Brasserie du Royal.

If you prefer to have your breakfast in your room, simply fill the form and leave it on your door on the eve, or contact the Room Service, dialling 1053. An extra fee of CHF 15.- will be charged for in-room delivery.

BUSINESS CENTER There is no business center.

CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is guaranteed at 15:00. In case of early arrival (before check-in time), you may leave your bags and suitcases in our complimentary luggage room. Groups Check in are guaranteed at 16:00 CHECK-OUT TIME Your room will be available up to 12:00 on the day of departure.

If you wish to keep your room longer, please contact the front desk on the eve of departure (dial 9).

Late check-out is upon availability only and with an additional fee : 50CHF before 3PM / 50% of the room rate before 6PM / 100% of the room rate after 6PM. If there are no rooms available, we suggest that you leave your bags and suitcases in our complimentary luggage room until your departure.

In case of modification of your departure date, please inform the reception 24 hours in advance to check cancellation policies.

CIGAR LOUNGE

Dedicated solely to cigar smokers, you can find at the Cigar Lounge a prestigious selection of vitolas is proposed, together with the exceptional spirits from the Lounge Bar. Please find the menus, opening hours and contact numbers via the “Eat” icon in the main menu.

CONCIERGERIE Leisure information (museums, current cultural events) and our best-address selection are available with our Concierge team.

COURTESY TRAY Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities with a Nespresso machine are available in your room.

DRY CLEANING / LAUNDRY / IRONING Linen bags with the service hours & rates are in the wardrobe.

Please complete the form and place it with the laundry in the bag, on your bed, and inform the Housekeeping team.

All garments given to the front desk before 10:00 will be returned the same day after 20:00.

For an additional fee, the express service can return garments before 19:00.

Please note that this service is not available on Sundays or bank holidays.

Ironing facilities are available upon request (iron & ironing board).

ELECTRICAL OUTLETS / VOLTAGE All electric outlets in your room deliver power at 220 volts. Please check that your devices support 220 volts.

EVENTS Private or professional meetings can be held in the grandiose settings of the Royal Savoy : from confidential rooms to large modular spaces, every format and wish can be created.

FIRE / IN CASE YOU HEAR THE ALARM OR PEOPLE SHOUTING « AU FEU! » - In case of fire, please keep calm as we are regularly trained about what to do in case of fire.

- Inform the Front desk immediately dialling 1013 or break the glass of one of the red fire alarms.

- Look at the evacuation plan (back of your room door) for safety instructions, evacuation routes and emergency exits.

- Go to your room door, place the palm of your hand on it: . The handle is hot or smoke is coming in: Do not open the door (fireproof), place wet towels at your door bottom to seal it, ask for help and wait for the fire brigade. . The handle is cold and no smoke is coming under the door to your room: Open the door slowly and exit quickly.

- Go to the ground floor using the stairs and emergency exits - Go to the meeting point (Rue de la Ficelle, the pedestrian street on the left side of the hotel when leaving) to announce you.

DON’T FORGET! - If you can, close all doors and windows near the fire to stop it from spreading. Do not attempt to put the fire out.

- Never use the lifts.

- Walk near the walls, on all-fours in heat and flames, with a wet cloth on your airways (heat rises, the cooler air is near the ground).

- Do not open a door if smoke is coming in under it, neither enter a smoke-filled room.

- Never go back.

- Never run (because of asphyxiation risk).

- Leave all luggage behind.

HOUSEKEEPING / CLEANING Housekeeping takes place every day between 8:30 and 15:30. If you would like your room to be serviced at a special time, please contact the Front desk, dialling 9.

If the service is not required and you choose to decline it, please press the “Do not disturb” button on your room’s entrance.

Please note that we reserve the right to enter any room for maintenance, safety, security, hygiene, or any other purpose, even if the “Do not disturb” sign is displayed on the room door.

Our housekeepers are available to improve the comfort of your room (welcome amenities, extra pillows, blankets, or towels).

INTERNET / WIFI Free, unlimited WiFi facilities are available at the hotel. Select the network « Savoy_Guest » and follow the instructions.

KEY During your stay, you can keep your key with you, in case you lost it, please pass by the front desk to have a new one.

When checking out, please do leave the key at the front desk.

LOST & FOUND All found items are stored for 3 months.

NON-SMOKING Smoking is prohibited: indoor areas, including bedrooms, and closed or covered outdoor areas of the hotel are nonsmoking areas. This rule also applies to electronic cigarettes.

Cigar smokers are invited to enjoy the Cigar Lounge.

CAR PARK / ELECTRIC CHARGER The hotel has an underground public car park on site, accessible to our customers and to outside guests, where you will also find free chargers for Tesla cars and electric cars.

At your convenience, you must leave your car keys at the Concierge team.

The car park rate for our customers is CHF 30- per day. Please, inform Front desk at check-out to benefit this negotiated rate.

SPA With 1500m2 inviting to let go, you can relax in one of our pools, saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, delight you on our relaxation beds, or enjoy the benefits of the cold bath and ice fountain of our Royal Spa. An area with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and relaxation beds is reserved for women only.

You can work out with our coaches, join our collective lessons or train in our fitness room. You can pamper in our treatment rooms or in the hairdressing salon. You can also bring back home a wellness souvenir from our shop.

SUSTAINABILITY Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa is committed to environment preservation and energy savings.

Sustainable development concerns all of us and can be impacted by small actions (switch off lights in unused rooms or electronic devices instead of standby, unplug devices, turn off the heating or air-conditioning while ventilating…).

Some of the hotel and staff’s actions are: - Energy management (low-energy light bulbs, main central switch in the rooms, double-glazing…)

- Economic waste management (correct amount of cleaning, fewer individual packages, recycling facilities provided…)

- Economic water management (double flushing systems, water-flow regulators, towel change code for guests, possibility to shower rather than bath in every bathroom…)

- Products (biodegradable slippers, major preference for local products…)

TELEVISION / TV All our rooms are equipped with screen mirroring : Airplay IOS for Apple devices or Miracast for Android devices.
