Workshop Objectives: At the end of this two-day workshop, you are expected to be able to: • Utilize tools for expedite your teams accent to high performing level • Use personality assessment and conflict resolution style tools to capitalize on your team’s diversity • Establish departmental and individual performance goals that are aligned with your company’s goals. • Use performance management tools to keep track of employee performance • Develop employees’ capacity to perform using some situational leadership tools and templates • Apply some techniques, tools and templates to align employee behavior with company policies and procedures. Manager’s Toolbox Workshop Course Outline Module 1: Team Building Tools – 4 hrs Learn how to use tools for determining your team’s developmental stage and how to build from there to becoming a high performing team. Learn how you can use personality tests like Belbin Team Role Inventory and Conflict Resolution Mode assessment tools to understand and capitalize on your team’s diversity. Module 2: Goal Setting and Planning Tools – 4 hours Align your department/section/team’s strategies with the goals of the organization using some tools and templates for identifying Key Result Areas (KRA) key Performance Indicators (KPI) and establish objectives, initiatives. Establish line of sight from organization down to individual performance goals. Module 3: Applying Situational Leadership Tools – 4 hrs Use some tools to determine your employees’ developmental levels in order to apply the appropriate directing techniques. Establish partnership for performance by co-creating developmental plan with your employees. Module 4: Tools for Maintaining Discipline in the Workplace- 4 hrs Create alignment by promoting positive discipline. Understand your role in maintaining relevance of company policies. Play your role in applying progressive disciplining in case of policy violations. Use tools and templates to apply and ensure due process. Know your rights and responsibilities complying with the labor code.


The Facilitators Edwin C. Ebreo Ed is the President of ExeQserve and its Chief Consultant. He is a career advisor, an Advanced Toastmaster and a consummate blogger (http:// anythinghr.blogspot.com) Ed rose from the ranks from being a store clerk in a convenience store chain to head of training departments of two large companies and then eventually managed the HR Department of several IT and BPO companies. Edwin took up A.B. Mass Communication at New Era University; Ed has conducted numerous training on Leadership, Management Basics, Performance Management, Team Building, Customer Service, Creativity and Innovation, Trainers’ Training, Strategic Planning, Maintaining Discipline in the Workplace, Work Attitude and Personal Effectiveness, Time Management, Effective Interpersonal communication, Strategic HR Management and a few others for dozens of organizations in various industries.

Enrique Salvador E. San Agustin Boom as he is known to many , is one of exeQserve’s top resource persons. He has conducted training and workshops on Strategic Planning, Team Building, Leadership, “Intra-preneurship”, Presentation Skills, and Sales for a number of clients. Boom, is a powerful, inspiring and engaging speaker; who has full command of the very space he is in. He has the ability to touch the hearts and minds of his audience, and leave them feeling inspired and empowered. He has also won many Toastmaster Speech Contests; both here and abroad, which stand as testaments to his skills as a speaker. Boom is decorated entrepreneur, who has won awards from entrepreneur organizations, such as Ka Entrep and Go Negosyo. Boom also hosts a TV show on entrepreneurship called the SME Forum, which airs on GNN every Monday. Lately, he has been featured in the 2012 edition of the highly popular Entrep Planner (which will be available in National Bookstore this November).

Eric T. Monte Eric has more than twenty-five years of training & consultancy experience specializing in Human Resource Development & Organizational Development. As an HR/OD Training Intervention Consultant, he has done professional consultancy services for several local & multi-national firms like Development Bank of the Phils., Metro Bank, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Avaya Communications, Matsushita National-Panasonic, Jollibee Food Industries & McDonald’s Phils. He has wide experience in Leadership Development Training, Team Building, Sales Training, Values Reengineering, Customer Service, etc. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Top 10% of the Graduating class & U.S. Veterans’ Scholar) in Trinity College of Quezon City in 1982. Major in Industrial Psychology Minor in Economics. He is a Certificate Holder for Territorial Management for Masters in Marketing Management Program at the College of Saint Benilde of De La Salle University. He is also a certified Life Coach.
