Comments by Sport Scientist This is Drew's third bike LTT test in the last few months. Drew's VO2max has increased slightly from 5.95 to 6.01 L/min. Threshold power has also increased from 424 to 431 W. These results continue the trend of progressive improvements in fitness over the last three months. In the preparation for the last National Road TT championship, Drew's threshold power was ~440 W and he could hold 430W for 60 min. Based on present form, I think Drew can exceed this level of performance in the lead up to the next TT championship.
