It is now clear that cloud-based infrastructure's benefits go beyond unusual or emergency measures and can be leveraged by companies to face new challenges while enabling resilience and growth. But we now know that a successful digital transformation isn't only about infrastructure and application modernisation. It requires organisations to transform various aspects of the business, including workforce, operations, data strategies, security and governance, processes, and business models.
