The Light the Night event was an inspirational event that was filled with people who wanted to make a change. Survivors and supporters were there to show their fight against leukemia and lymphoma, and walked together as one. Red lights, spreading awareness against this disease; white lights, those who have survived; yellow lights, a remembrance of lost loved ones; all glowed in the dark. People from all sorts of backgrounds and pasts came together for one cause. I was glad to participate in this event and will definitely attend more events to spread more awareness to make the world a better place.-Ellena Oh, member
