Toothbrushing Tips Brush your teeth twice a day with a soft-bristled brush. The size and shape of your brush should fit your mouth allowing you to reach all areas easily.
Replace your toothbrush every 3 or 4 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. A worn tooth brush won’t do a good job of cleaning your teeth.
Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and keep your breath fresh, and use American Dental Association certified flouride toothpaste.
FLOSS LIKE A Use about 18’’ of floss, and wind most of it around one of your middle fingers. Wind the re maining floss around the same finger of the opposite hand.
Boss
Hold the floss tightly between your thumb and forefingers, and gently follow the curves of your teeth.
Project Smile
Be sure to clean beneath the gumline, but avoid snapping the floss on the gums.
