BRAND CONCEPT Chupa is a mango-based restaurant highlighting a traditional Ecuadorian fruit, the “Mango de Chupa”. This is a distinct mango in that it is very ripe and sweet, and is eaten by poking a hole at the top and drinking the juice inside. The name “Chupa” comes from the fact that the word means Mango in Quechua, the language of a native Ecuadorian tribe that to this day makes up a significant part of our population.
