I sketched up my finalised scamps within the measurments of my intial wireframe. I decided to keep with the four column grid which would inclide my image a text based content. I would have the US/O logo to be floating above the content fixed with the content moving behind it. But I also wanted the option of the loo to have the option to be picked up with the curser and moved around the page. The navigation bar will be aligned left at the top and will remain consitant throughout.
My initial ideas was to have a full scale image as the background to the website but I figured that this would be hard to configure to all screen aspect ratios without the image becoming distored. I had the idea of using the pink and purple colors from part of my original work to become the backdrop for my website with an overlaying of white text. I experimented further before settling on the simpler layout for usability.

____Colour Scheme
I mocked up the website to fit the exact measurments of my wireframe and scamps. This gave me all the preparations that I needed to place all the content in Dreamweaver. The images and the buttons have been scaled down to the correct size and saved as .png and .jpeg files to be easily placed into my dreamweaver coded template. The layout is simple, and i decided to go with the black and white theme with hints of colour. From my first crit and personal research, I realised that the easiest websites to function and also mostly the best asthetically pleasing websites tend to have a limited colour pallette.
