“Rei Lei” King Lear
This poster for an Oficina Theatre based in Portugal was visually really striking to me. I love the combination of detialed illustration with the beautiful brush script overlapping the clear ‘King Lear’ type. This is for a theatre showing William Shakespeare’s King Lea.

You are not indifferent to me.
I like the look of this branding for Disabled Theatre “You are not indifferent to me from a purely ashetical point of view. Colour, Type, Image and Layout are working in harmony here.

C Theatres
Slightly different idea as this is branding for a chain of cinemas, but I like the use of design here. They have a consistant logo that sits on top of these variying typographic posters.

The Black Hole 3
Really like the design style of this promotional material for a chinese cinema and showing ‘ The black Hole 3’. The simplicity of the vivid red spot colour against the blakc and white imagery is something that makes the design stand out, whilst also looking sleek and proffesional.

26e FIT Carella Vila-Real
Another identity for a theatre that I appreciate purely based on visulas. This is quite simply black ink, one colour, printed onto a vibrant yellow stock.

LNST 09
I love the concept behind this brand campaign. The ink is black on white to keep costs down and each peice of promotional material is customised by a person drawing the brand mark in the center of the poster, which is a circle. The brand mark is slightly different every time. 1. Pick a colour 2. Draw a circle doing at least three rotations. Great Idea.

Motion Theatre
Great concept and execution for ‘Motion Theatre’. A theatre group who focus primarily on dance. I love the asthetics of the image conbining with the type, then the logo becoming inter-changable and intereacting with each new image.

Sommerszene 2013
Very Simple, but very effective brand campaign for a Spanish Theatre Festival. The crossed out sections reveal the numbers representing the dates the festival take place in the month of July.

Bremen Teater Newspaper
Bremen Teater is a multi-functional stage venue staging stand-up comedy, theatre performances, concert, film screenings etc. This promotional material showing what’s on at the theatre takes on the format of an everyday newspaper, but is a little bir visually intriguing, which might make members of the public intereact with it and find out more information.

A Gambling World
I love the simplicity and the format of this guidbook for a Japanese theatre. The colours are muted and work perfectly for the traditional but contemporary little building.

Theatre Interior
this interior design of the theatres seats really intrigued me. Not relaly something that I would be able to achieve, or may not be relevant at a later date, but something ot possibly look further into. Not letting the design stop through your basic printed material.

Toldi Art Mozi
Beautiful logo and die cut stationary, along with colour variation for the identity of Toldi Art Mozi.
