___The Brief
___Background
Create a concept and branding for a contemporary English-Italian restaraunt with a strong focus on typography. This will include a brand, a logo, a colour scheme, interior, exterior and a range of primarily print based products, as well as some web based deliverbales.
I must consider the use of typography carefully throughout this brief. I aim to let the customers interact with type in the process of ordering food. This will be done by creating a strong visual brand and recognisable identity through the use of type through printed stationary. This idea will be transfered throughout the interior, wayfinding systems and exterior of the restaraunt.
The restaraunt will emphasise the qualities of an enjoyable dining experience and will play on this through the use of typography and the anatomy of animals used for meat.

Consider a multi-sensory experience for the diner. Consider placement; A contemporary restaurant that can fit in in the ‘trendy’ areas of the world. Remember to emphasise the appeal of dining out in a restaurant and how this makes a special occasion.
- Good Quality Food (Not Cheap) - A Luxury, but Friendly & Approachable - Late 20’s - Early 40’s Age Range - Primarily Males or Younger Couples - Contemporary Diners who like to eat out regularly and try new things.
