Create Ecological Homes: “Buy One House, Free One Forest”
A new housing development offers a unique opportunity for homeowners to live sustainability without compromising on modern facilities. Unlike traditional developments that harm the environment, this project provides a “buy one house, free one forest” offer that improves the surrounding ecology.
The development team has designed a hotel and apartment complex that allows potential homeowners to experience the sustainable lifestyle before committing to a purchase. Situated at the highest part of the site, the complex overlooks a pool that also functions as a main water retention pond.
The complex comprises 70 suites and 35 apartments, with two restaurants, a bar, café, bakery, spa, conference rooms, and a kids club. All the facilities are designed with sustainability in mind, featuring eco-friendly materials and energy-saving technologies.
Central to the development is the “buy one house, free one forest” offer, which dedicates a portion of the surrounding land for reforestation with every house purchase. This initiative helps combat climate change while creating a beautiful natural environment for residents to enjoy.
By combining modern living with sustainable design, this development offers a forward-thinking approach to housing that prioritizes environmental responsibility.
