HOUSING COMPONENT DEVELOPMENT

From a construction standpoint, I turn the generative model into a component-based architecture. First, I cut off 10 meters from the sun radiation mess so the public part can remain. Second, Simplify the sun radiation result as colored points. As a final step, attaching the optimized version of components extracted from the generative model to the public space. These are compression of different stages of the process. It is clear that the components-based architecture still maintains the shape of the generative model. This process ensures that each housing unit is constructed on a human scale and receives at least four hours of sunlight every day.

While the large open-air market connects to the vertical farm, which forms a central hub, and also acts as an in-between space connecting the street and the sidewalk to the vertical core right through both, formally like a cut where the core comes down and emerges. Also, from an economic and user perspective, the public space rises from the street into the vertical park.
