Embankment Kitchen is the perfect mix of glamour and cosiness, the ideal place for a romantic meal or intimate dinner with friends. To start, we enjoyed crisp yet gooey halloumi fries served with harissa and pomegranate yogurt, and flavoursome curried cauliflower hummus with homemade flatbread, topped with sumac red onions. We can recommend the king prawn linguini and the buttermilk chicken burger for main course options.
There’s a Sky Premium package to be enjoyed as well as ultrafast broadband, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and ghd air® hair dryer. Guests can take advantage of CitySuites II 24-hour gym, so a workout never has to be missed, or they can take a refreshing dip in its tranquil 18-metre pool. For the ultimate in relaxation, head to the spa pool and steam room.
