Module Title:

Learning Outcomes:

BRIEF TITLE: Knitwear Online Store Brief: Produce the branding and identity for an online knitwear store. Apply the brand to a website, promotional materials and produce the appropriate packaging.

Background: Knitted clothing can be perceived as a more traditional piece of clothing aimed at the older generation rather than being an everyday fashion item, that younger and fashion conscious audiences would choose to wear. The brand will aim to change this perception. Due to more disposable fashion stores, the craft of knitting has become less regarded and appreciated.

Considerations: The branding must appeal to the core target audience but not exclude other women who have an interest in the products. The brand should reflect the craft of knitting, however the primary focus should be on the products as fashion items. Consider the delivery process and appropriate materials for this. The brand must work across both printed and digital platforms.

Mandatory Requirements: Website mock-up must include at least four different pages. This should include home and payment page. Design boards

Target Audience: Fashion conscious women aged 18 – 30 who have an appreciation of hand crafted products.
