This exhibition explores the concept of feminine energy and its expression in individuals, society and the world at large. I will feature my new works - "Memories of Shadows" series, consisting of few linear metal sculptures, three performative photos and one charcoal drawing that coincides with the theme of “Feminine Awaken” in Pao Galleries, HK Arts Center, exploring Zen and aesthetic sense between light and shadow, lightness and darkness, poetry in the balance between yin and yang and meaningful life. I am dabbed in diverse materials and multidiscipline in art making, especially in applying Japanese aesthetics and the concept of Wabi-sabi.
