JESUS SALINAS CORDERO
Mr. Lescano holds a Ms degree in School Management from TecnolĂłgico de Monterrey. Has worked extensively in teaching English and other subjects around the country and abroad for over 30 years. Additionally, he is an active teacher trainer and guest speaker and has taken leadership positions in the region. Currently International examiner for the International Baccalaurate Programme and Centre Manager at San Agustin CIX, Language Assessment Unit from the University of Cambridge.
Mr. Salinas has more than ten years of experience. Holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann - Tacna. Holds the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English, a Ma. Degree in Education (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) from Universidad de Piura. Speaking Examiner for the University of Cambridge ESOL for Main Suite. Teacher trainer on Cambridge Examinations. Currently, he is the Head of English Department at San

Mr. Valenzuela is an English teacher and University professor. Holds a Cambridge First Certificate in English and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of San Marcos. He is currently the Coordinator of the Cambridge Authorised Centre PE016. He has taught English in different schools in Peru and worked with groups of different ages. He has also been involved in the world of International exams and delivered different Professional Development Workshops on Teaching EFL effectively for the past eight years.
KARLA RIVAS PONCE
Mrs. Rivas holds a degree in Education from Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo specialised in Foreign Languages. Holds the Certificate of Competency in English of Michigan University, the Cambridge First Certificate in English, the Certificates of Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT). Miss Olivo holds a degree in Education (Foreign Languages)
from Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo. Holds the Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE), Teaching knowledge test (TKT) and a Certificate on How to teach Science from Dayton University - USA. Broad teaching experience in prestigious institutions. Currently, she works for San Agustin Chiclayo School focusing her work in training students for Cambridge Young Learners Examinations.
ANDY PULACHE CARITA
Mr. Pulache holds a professional degree in Education from the University of San Marcos and a Diploma in “Teaching English to teens” from the University of Maryland Baltimore County – USA. He is currently working for San Agustin Chiclayo School and at the same time supervises
the administration of YLE, Main Suite and TKT exams at San Agustin CIX Authorised Centre. In addition, he also trains candidates for the Cambridge Main Suite exams. KATTY PANANA FARROÑAN
Miss Panana is an EFL teacher with more than nine years of experience teaching different age groups and levels. Holds a degree in Education (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Speaking Examiner for the University of Cambridge ESOL - YLE. She has ample teaching experience in private schools. Currently, she works for San Agustín de Chiclayo School. She has specialised in teaching young learners and adults for International Cambridge Examinations.

Miss Soriano concluded Ms degree studies in Educational Technology and ICT from Universidad Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo (USAT). Holds the FCE and TKT Certificates. Bachelor’s degree in Language Education. English teacher for USAT University. Former teacher at Cesar Vallejo University. She is currently working at San Agustin Chiclayo School as an English and Personal Social teacher and focuses on teaching Young Learners using ICT tools in the classroom.
Miss Palacios holds a degree in Education (Foreign Languages) from Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo. Holds a CLIL Certificate on How to Teach Science from Dayton University - USA. She also obtained the Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE), TKT and Teaching subjects in English certificates. Speaking Examiner for Cambridge YLE examinations. She has worked at Universidad Señor de Sipán and San Agustín Chiclayo School where she currently trains candidates for YLE examinations.

It is well known that Starters is the first of three Cambridge English YLE. We are going to focus on some strategies to train them so as to face the exam successfully as well as how to apply this approach in the everyday classroom activities to guide students to succeed.

How to make our children succeed in the Cambridge English Movers By Katty Panana and Martha Palacios Abstract: It is well-known how English has become an essential aspect in everyone’s life. That is one of the main reasons why we as teachers need to find ways to support and guide our student’s English language learning since a very young age. A careful planning and useful strategies can boost our student’s performance in the Cambridge English Movers test making them succeed in their exam as well as gaining confidence and improving their skills to communicate effectively. In this workshop we will share a set of practical tools which will allow you to guide your students to get better results.

Cambridge Young Learners – Flyers: Teaching Strategies and tips for success. By Andy Pulache and MarĂa del Milagro Olivo Abstract: Cambridge English YLE faithfully measure the skills our students can develop not only to succeed in passing an international examination but also to accurately communicate on a regular basis. It is in this sense, that this workshop will focus on strategies that can help improve the teaching of the last YL examination: Flyers as well as the planning it requires in the everyday teaching.
