It's a list of tasks, responsibilities & description of the role the member will be playing in an AIESEC Team Experience. It shows a clear way of the contribution of each member to the team. The JD has to be aligned with the personal & professional development of the member Ex: If a member is an IT profile, create opportunities related to the field.

Members should be connected to the team & feel the ownership, if they don't fulfill their JD they won't contribute to the team

Job Description REVIEW
JD Review: By the end of each month, each member JD has to be reviewed based on the member's performance. Check the relevance of each role, purpose behind it, experience duration, KPIs to be changed or added ... etc
