Team Minimums What ? The implementation of Team minimums in AIESEC Morocco is a creativity side of leadership to provide the membership with the best quality experience possible. The purpose of this team is to offer help, supply the necessary education for the different entities among AIESEC in Morocco. Team Minimums are the basic activities we expect all Team Leaders to follow inside their teams to ensure that all of our membership is receiving a high quality standard team experience. We are shiffting Team Minimums implementation to a focused strategy, by ensuring only the first 3 types of minimums for a full implementation for a duration of 2 weeks.
What Happened in NLDS ?! 2015
During the session “ New Song” delivered by the Team Minimums Pioneers, The Tracker was LUNCHED !!!!! And, we have a video of THAT : Here The tracker was explained through an assimilation, where the focus was on 3 types of Team Minimums: Team Plan Job Description The 3 booklets enclosed in our Newsletter will give you a closer approach on these 3 types. The tracker will be used starting “ This Week “!!!
Guess What ?! Competition Time !!
To insinuate all entities to fully implement Team minimums, we are launching the first competition of Team Minimums ever, what’s better than that ?? Captain Sparrow, Captain Luffy, or Captain Angelica; Reach to be in the TOP 3 of entities fully implementing Team Minimums, and you will get the Honor of holding the title of “Captain”. This 3 TLs will be rewarded, and NATIONALLY recognized as Captains, Awesome right ?!

Keep In Mind... *Refer to the booklets to provide a good quality experience required!! *We are tracking the 3 first types of minimums for a duration of weeks. * Make sure you are providing all what is needed to fulfill the criteria in team minimms cheklist *Remember that you have to ensure a good experience of your members relying on the booklets!!
