Young Professionals Network (YPN) at a Local, State, and National Level

NA R’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) was founded in 2007 and today, more than 20,000 REALTORS® call themselves “YPN.” In addition to this national network, nearly 400 state and local REALTOR® associations now have their own Young Professionals Network, including the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM).

The Young Professionals Network is a dynamic entry point for real estate professionals striving to become more successful in their careers and gain leadership experience. By providing this entry point, NAR is building a new, diverse generation of leaders, strengthening members’ affinity for the Realtor® brand early in their career, and gaining a valuable perspective on generational shifts. YPN’s growth has been driven by Realtors® and has evolved into a determined, passionate, savvy group of members who are committed to strengthening the Realtor® brand.

Rasm Ypn

RASM’s Young Professionals Network was founded in 2014 and is made up of over 500 RASM Realtors® and Business Partners. The shared mission of YPN is to help young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in four core areas:

There are many ways to get involved with the network and the best part - it’s free to join! RASM YPN hosts “Trolley Tours” every other month that tour different properties in communities throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. They also host three “Lunch & Learn” events a year, bringing in guest speakers who will discuss topics that are relevant and valuable to young professionals today. In addition, there is one fundraising event a year, coordinated by the YPN committee, that brings a fun theme to help raise money for local housing-related charities.
