RASM Offers CIPS Designation Courses

Association of Sarasota and Manatee is offering the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation starting in July.

This prestigious designation provides Realtors® with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the global real estate market. By completing the CIPS, Realtors® gain specialized expertise in global real estate practices, cultural considerations, and legal frameworks, which are invaluable when dealing with international buyers and sellers in our diverse and interconnected community.

Additionally, the CIPS designation enhances a Realtor’s® professional credibility and provides access to a global network of real estate professionals, further expanding their opportunities in the local market and beyond. With the increase of international real estate transactions in the Sarasota and Manatee area, the CIPS designation can open doors to new clients, elevate business prospects, and establish Realtors® as trusted experts in the global real estate arena.
