PARTICIPANTS’ OBSERVATIONS, FINDINGS, COMMENTS AFTER THE 1ST PAC MEETING IN GREECE • The interest was big from all teachers but the main problem for the most of them is
that they don’t have the know how in New Technologies and despite the fact that they are very enthusiastic and willing to know and observe the whole procedure of the development of the LeaCoMM platform, they hesitate to discover new areas because they believe that it’s complicate to be connected in a virtual platform and their need
more technical assistance. • A second problem is that the don’t speak good English. They hesitate to communicate virtually and they don’t know in wish level the platform could be useful for them.

We assured them that they will be the pioneers of this attempt and it will be a very good opportunity for
them to participate, to exchange material and point of views and to evaluate and contribute in the platform with their own experiences. •
Under our guidance they will create an account in the platform and try to follow the guidelines of
observation and participation. If necessary we will have a section about how to use the platform (technical support) •
They will upload supporting material for the platform in the following period
•
The will evaluate the content and the structure of the platform

Results and impressions:
It’s really useful to have a complete contribution of the school community in the project. Their contribution and the implementation of the content of the platform will show in which extent the communication possibilities between colleagues with the same interests can be supported by interacting and exchanging materials and knowhow. The first impressions were positive and encouraged us for the next steps. Thank you Sofia Argyropoulou
