You can purchase your Satterwhite home in one of three ways: The Constructed Shell, the Material Package and the Log Package. There are unique benefits to all three so read the following passage carefully to decide which plan is right for you.

Building a log home is usually easier and faster than constructing a conventional home, but it is different. Satterwhite Log Homes offers a con structed shell option in most southern states.
A constructed shell built by a Satterwhite crew offers you both the co nvenience and the securi ty of using professional crews, who have experi
ence erecting a log shell from the foundation up.
Constructed Shell Components
• Labor - Our experienced crews construct your dried-in shell • Foundation with (some restrictions) ■ Roughed-in plumbing (some restrictions) • Log walls • Roughed-in Electrical (in log walls only)
• First floor framing and sub-flooring (only for wood foundations) ■ Interior partition wall framing
• Roof framing system • Decking and synthetic felt paper underlayment ■ Shingles (Fiberglass base, composition), no labor • Gable framing and siding

OPTION 3. Logs Only
The Exterior Log Package is a cost-effective way to purchase the bare bones of your log home i.e., logs, caulking, or screws. Using your plan, we can help you calculate
quantities of logs, caulking and screws. • Log walls

■ 9'; 11" or 15" log screws • Sill sealer gasket

Material Package Components
We deliver to your jobsite practically everything you need to dry-in your home
■ Foundation framing (if using wood foundation) ■ First floor framing and subflooring (if using wood foundation ■ Log walls ■ Romex and electrical boxes (for log walls only) ■ Interior partition wall framing
If you elect to purchase materials only, Satterwhite Log Hornes rents Makita circular saws for a nominal fee. In certain areas of the country, we might even be able to recommend an experienced, reputa ble contractor. If you have questions, we're as close as the phone. Shipping and sales tax are not included in the total price.
