RESEARCH In the beginning, I started to research a broad topic of the worldwide food culture, traditions, and concerning issues based on scholarly and website articles. To ensure its credibility, I checked its year publication dates and sourced works cited. After I collected some information into a place, I organized information into 8 different categories into chapters. For 2 weeks, I typed about 3,000 words in Word Document, and the paper was proofread by a GMU Writing Center tutor and my sister for grammatical errors as a verification. I created a 7"x10" document in Adobe InDesign and designed a grid layout, master pages, and the stylesheet of typography and color.
