I. PRE DEPARTURE TRAINING

STCEJORP LANOITAN

Pre Departure Training (PDT) is the project for SCOPE CIMSA which has aim to prepare the outgoing student before they travel abroad for exchange. In PDT, the outgoing student will have training about basic

professional

exchange,

the

regulation

while

they

start

the

exchange program, some tips and tricks on how to gain the quality of exchange, practicing the basic medical skills, and they will get the exposure about cultural differences around the world.

II. PRE INCOMING ARRIVAL TRAINING This training is addressed to the SCOPE member which has a purpose to increase their knowledge about incoming hosting standardization. We hope from this training, SCOPE members know what they should do

while

the

incoming

student

comes

to

their

local,

with

the

final

expectancy the incoming student gets the value of their exchange.

III. EXCHANGE FAIR Exchange fair is the biggest event in SCOPE because in this project we will promote the exchange program into the medical students in Indonesia. Exchange Fair is a place for medical students to get any information

about

professional

exchange

and

the

country

who

participate, how to join the exchange and also can be a place for exoutgoing

students

to

share

their

experience

while

they

travel

for

exchange. This project is also a big opportunity for medical students to register for the professional program.

IV. SCOPE 101 As the agent of exchange, new members of SCOPE CIMSA Indonesia should

have

the

basic

knowledge

about

the

SCOPE

Exchange

Program, IFMSA, and SCOPE CIMSA Indonesia. In this project, each of the respective LEOs will conduct a training program addressed to the

new

member

to

further

nourish

their

knowledge

about

SCOPE

and IFMSA Exchange. This is one of CIMSA's core points for capacity building to its member. LEO could refer themselves to the SCOPE curriculum

and

implement

each

of

the

material

according

to

each

local's necessity. LEO could also refer to Exchange Trainer to help conduct the training for their members.
