10 things Everyone owns things that have a significant value in their lives, no one but you will ever really understand why things, objects, small details create value in your life. We value object, we live in a world where often objects define who we are. Were we made to choose what represents us the best, things and object through which people could recognize us, it would hard to make a choice. What does it take to discover the real self of people. Objects? How difficult is it to minimalize what ten object take value in your life? What would you choose?

Was it difficult to choose ten objects?

Well, ten yes. Choosing things no! I mean I had a lot of trouble reachingten but 7/ 8 were easy to find.

Why?

Because I always like to beat Niklas (my flatmate) I am a real maniac when it comes to cleaning, i need things to be clean!

Why? What does the brown Lego Man to you?

because i am a unicorn, my little sister gave it to me on my travel to spain, I love my little sister I met this lady on a train. And we were talking for ages and she was so sweet. We talked about life and I found her super interesting. When she had to get off the train, she gave me the little lego man, she was a grown woman and it meant something to her and she gave it to me.

Attersee Salzburg



Austria: a country of varieties. Mountains, beautiful landscapes and crystal clear lakes. One of which is the Attersee, the biggest one of the country. It owes its wonderful, nearly turquoise color, to a forrest which formed itself long before the water buried it. It is a paradise for divers, a phenomena that attracts not only them but also tourists who love to spend some relaxing days near the lake. Whether summer or winter, the lake will always enchant you and make you wish you could stay forever. Discover the small towns, plan a hiking tour on one of the huge mountains which surrounds the lake or drive to the smaller lakes enclosing the big beautiful Attersee. Sweet potato with curry RECIPE Luisa Mrcela

An easy and special dish, which will challenge your gustative nerves. The sweet flavor of the potato mixed with the spices of the sauce is a completely new experience. It is great for a cold autumn evening with a glass of wine and some friends.

INGREDIENTS 4 sweet potatoes 3 carrots 1 onion 1 tin of coconut milk 1 tin of purĂŠed tomatoes 2 cups of rice Curry powder Salt Pepper





Recipe Serving 4 people I 15 min preparation I 45 min total time

Steps

Peal the sweet potatoes and the carrots and cut them in little pieces. Cut the onion and roast them in a pan until they are gold-brown. Then add the carrots and sweet potatoes. Cook the rice in an extra pot. Heat up the coconut milk together with the purĂŠed tomatoes and flavor them with salt, pepper and curry powder. When the sweet potatoes and carrots are soft put them together with the rice on a plate and pour the curry sauce over it. Ready to eat.


Eggplant parmesan RECIPE Hannah Mayr

Indulge in a vegetarian dish of eggplants and cheese. A hearty recipe that will fill you up on a cold day. A homemade dish inspired from the traditional italian dish. It fills up your kitchen with a tremendouse smell, and on top of this is an easy to make hearty dish to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS 2x Eggplants 1x pack Mozzarella 200g Spaggetti Parmesan Cheese (grated) 1x Can of pureed tomatoes 1/2x Onions 1x Garlic clove Olive Oil I White wine I Salt Pepper I Italian I Spices






Recipe Serving 5 people I 15 min preparation I 30 min total time

Steps

Preheat your oven to 180 degree celsius. To prepare the eggplants, cut the eggplants either vertical or horizontal in equal slices. Salt them on both sides and let them rest. By doing so you are disgorging he bitternsfrom the eggplant. After 30 minutes wash the eggplants and pat dry. This step is voluntary you may also start baking the eggplants right away. With a little drizzle of oil the eggplants go into the oven to be grilled until the surface turns brown on each side. Add the pureed tomatoes into a pot or deep pan. Cut the onions and garlic very nely and add salth pepper and a generous amount of italian spices to the to the pan. Adding a touch of white wine let the sauce cook. Cook up so water, throw in the spagetti and wait until your spagetti is cooked. Start with a layer of tomato sauce, then a layer of eggplant followed by a layer of grated parmesan. Repeat throughout oven dish. At the very top add a layer of mozzarella cheese. Then bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready to eat.
