THE EDWARDIAN GAZETTE Headmaster’s Message Dear Parents and Community Members

This week we invested a lot of energy on the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) on various levels. The Staff Development Meeting for teachers paved the way for a collaborative team effort that will guide us towards a more dynamic approach in the way we deal with the core business in our College. It was a unique opportunity to reflect on our good practices and to explore new ideas for further improvement. The meeting with parents was extremely positive since it proved to be the ideal forum for a healthy exchange of ideas and proposals. I am a firm believer that parental involvement is important in ensuring the smooth running of a school. In fact, various research studies indicate that parents are critical to children’s successes during the school years. The challenge for our College is that all the stakeholders will engage in a reflective process to ensure that we address the important issues which were raised during the meetings.

Best Regards,

Mr George Psaila Headmaster
