RANO SHI

NOURA SULAM

Executive, F&B Operations Hailing from Tianjin, Rano has completed his education and resided in Singapore for 15 years. At the tender age of 16 and earning extra pocket money as a part-time banquet server, he found his calling in F&B.

Senior Executive, F&B Sales Before entering the world of sales, Noura flew the skies on Singapore Airlines. It was there that she learned the finer skills of customer service, and today client satisfaction is paramount in her line of work.

“Back then as a part-timer, serving weddings was the happiest thing for me. I felt that with my contribution, the weddings were successful and that could mean the marriage would be successful too. I felt really good about that and now I try to invoke that feeling with every member,” he says.

Now with several years of experience in organising weddings and corporate events within hotels and clubs, Noura is passionate about making every event extra special. “Achieving successful and memorable events for my clients is what I love about my line of work,” she explains.

Since then he has built his portfolio and worked at various Clubs and fine-dining establishments over the past four years. On a more personal note, Rano and his fiancée are planning a wedding of their own next year. Congratulations!

Outside of the office, Noura loves gardening – seeing her plants grow healthy makes her day.
