MySoutheast is a community visioning process to guide collective action with residents, business owners, and other stakeholders of the Mount Pleasant and Union-Miles neighborhoods. The ultimate goal of our work is to enrich the experience of those that live, work, play, and worship in both Southeast Side communities.

MISSION & VISION Mission We are committed to building new trust across multiple stakeholder audiences through transparent, collaborative initiatives that serve our greater purpose: People. Our work is to co-create a new story for the Mt. Pleasant and Union Miles communities.

Vision A thriving community that people want to call home. A vibrant place that celebrates its cultural heritage and demonstrates the transformative power of equity.

We are the conduit for connecting people to supportive resources within our communities.

What we build today needs to support tomorrow. Intentional placemaking is foundational, enduring work that helps ensure a thriving community.

We are committed to an open, ongoing communication loop that fosters healthy dialogue across multiple audiences.

Our focus is to promote the health and safety of our resident and business community members.

We seek to establish healthy diversity within our communities specifically regarding age, race, and socioeconomic status.
