APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Mirian Saez, Interim Executive Director requested that Item 11C be referred to the Finance Committee because of a need to do more due diligence on items including concerns for the impact of the tenants, our need to participate in proceeds, requests for information that has not been forthcoming, to seek guidance from the Mayors Office of Housing, and to discuss legal concerns. Commissioner Schwartz stated that he also had additional questions that were not available through the staff report. Commissioner G. Brown expressed his wish to have some discussion with the available parties on the agenda item before it was removed from the agenda. Commissioner Larkin stated that he wanted to make sure that the Commission filled its duties and he wanted to hear the information. President Brown stated that he wanted to be fair and consistent and that he wanted to hear the information from the parties.
