Chapter’s 1-5 of the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan

Mr. Russell, RAB, asked whether the Housing Authority still has the FSS program?

Mrs. Martin-Mason took note of the question.

Mr. Russell, RAB, asked why individuals aren’t shown how the calculation was received when eligibility determinations are made.

Mr. Battipaglia, RAB, asked if the 50058 forms are the same for all of the Housing Choice Voucher Programs.

Ms. Russell, RAB asked if the inspector provides the landlord with a form?

Mrs. Martin-Mason responded that the Supervisor of Inspections will be attending a future meeting and will answer all inspection related questions as the policy regarding inspections currently stands.

Ms. Russell, RAB suggests that a disclaimer be added stating that after one year a participant may port.

Ms. Russell asked if a person is eligible for the Housing Choice Voucher Program whether they may also be eligible for the Conventional Public Housing Program?

Mr. Schlotterbeck, RAB, asked what the average time frame for repairs is?

Mrs. Martin-Mason responded that the Supervisor of Inspections will be attending a future meeting and will answer all inspection related questions as the policy regarding inspections currently stands.
