This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24 KJV Greetings 52nd Annual Southwest Regional Meeting and Conference of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. Throughout the years the word “heroes” has meant a great deal to me. Over this last year the global pandemic has showcased to the world, the sacrifice, commitment, and bravery of our frontline workers. As your sorority of professional Registered Nurses gathers in Oakland for your regional conference and meeting, I would simply like to say, “Thank you for being our heroes!”
Continue to be guided by your motto, “Service for Humanity,” as you continue to create programs that promote health in our communities across the region. We appreciate your efforts and acknowledge the commitment of our own church member Dolly Woodson, member of Lambda Chi Chi Chapter. Thank you again and best wishes for a successful regional conference.
Yours in Christ & Service, Pastor Dr. Rodney D. Smith
