PASSENGER CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to comply with flight safety regulation and ensure a high standard of service passengers onboard an aircraft are obliged to:
FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE CAPTAIN AND FLIGHT CREW AT ALL TIMES
MAINTAIN ORDER AND DISCIPLINE
Passengers are prohibited to:
Engage in any sort of activities that might put flight safety at risk
Act disrespectfully towards other passengers and the flight crew
Consume alcoholic beverages, except for the ones served onboard
Smoke during the flight (including electronic cigarettes)
Take drugs, psychotropic and other narcotic substances
Use electronic devices and any other mobile communication appliances during taxiing, take-off and landing of an aircraft
Use any of the rescue equipment without proper instructions from the aircraft’s crew
Prevent the crew of an aircraft from carrying out their professional duties
Damage aircraft equipment or create interference that could potentially prevent aircraft equipment from operating in regular mode
Cause discomfort to other passengers
Concede insults towards the crew and passengers – both verbal and physical
