PASSENGER CODE OF CONDUCT

In order to comply with flight safety regulation and ensure a high standard of service passengers onboard an aircraft are obliged to:

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE CAPTAIN AND FLIGHT CREW AT ALL TIMES

MAINTAIN ORDER AND DISCIPLINE

Passengers are prohibited to:

Engage in any sort of activities that might put flight safety at risk

Act disrespectfully towards other passengers and the flight crew

Consume alcoholic beverages, except for the ones served onboard

Smoke during the flight (including electronic cigarettes)

Take drugs, psychotropic and other narcotic substances

Use electronic devices and any other mobile communication appliances during taxiing, take-off and landing of an aircraft

Use any of the rescue equipment without proper instructions from the aircraft’s crew

Prevent the crew of an aircraft from carrying out their professional duties

Damage aircraft equipment or create interference that could potentially prevent aircraft equipment from operating in regular mode

Cause discomfort to other passengers

Concede insults towards the crew and passengers – both verbal and physical

In case of violation of the aforementioned requirements, Transaero reserves the right to:

Purchasing Tickets Stop serving alcoholic beverages to passengers with evident signs of alcoholic intoxication

Seize (with subsequent return) alcoholic beverages belonging to passengers, bought in duty-free shops or onboard an aircraft

Air travel tickets can be purchased online at www.transaero.ru If you buy your ticket at a sales office or a travel agent, please, make sure your name is spelled correctly in Latin characters. Check the rate and fare conditions of your ticket: period of validity, change of travel date etc.

Registration

Take coercive measures towards passengers who refuse to abide by the requirements coming from the captain and flight crew

Remove the transgressor from an aircraft and hand him or her over to law enforcement authorities irrespective of the country where the aircraft landed

Business Class passengers – participants of “Transaero Privilege” and “Corporate Club” programs – can use separate stands or exercise priority landing.

Domodedovo Airport allows passengers to use any of the airline’s stands.

Connection Flight Upon arrival to Domodedovo Airport in Moscow follow the “Transfer” signs or look out for Transaero’s information desk in the center of the hall.

Travelling with Pets

Demand compensation for pecuniary loss caused by damages to the airline’s assets

Demand compensation from the transgressor for extra expenses in case of forced landing

If you intend to carry pets with you, please inform the airline representative at the time of booking. Animals and birds can only be transported in a special compartment of the luggage department and in a specific transport container. Free baggage allowance does not cover pets. Pet transport is paid for according to the excess baggage charges based on the actual weight of an animal along with the cage.

Transportation of Electronics

Deprive the transgressor of the right to continue the flight

Objects that require special precautions during transportation can be taken onboard unless their dimensions and weight exceed standards for hand luggage. For safety reasons we kindly ask you to avoid using electronic devices (such as mobile phones, laptops etc.) that can disturb aircraft navigation equipment during the ascent and descent of a vehicle.
