Preface: This book through various recipes, shows ‘who’ I am, and ‘How’ I function. I have chosen recipes which bring out my characteristics, by either comparson to the process of their making, coupled with the way I have written the recipes, and the feel of the recipe. I have related the recipe to an incident, which brings out my characteristics.
Crispy crackolates You will need : Honey - 3 tbsp Cocoa powder-2 tbsp A bowl of cornflakes-1.5 cups Butter-1.5 tbsp
You will need : A hot day a trivial situation a very confused me
The process:
The process:
Choose a cornflake packet, with nice, crunchy cereal. It’s interesting to see their different shapes and sizes.
-It’s a very hot day, and the sun is shining away. Nothing seems wrong.
Now crush all the cornflakes together.
Yet, I’m feeling confused.
On the side now, very slowly, melt the butter. Slowly add the honey, once the butter has fully melted. Now add the cocoa powder. Stir till the mixture reaches it’s boiling point. Slowly pour this boiling mixture onto the corflakes, and the mix it thoroughly with the cornflakes. Finally, refrigerate. The dish tastes best when cool.
Sometimes,on the side, problems very slowly, start brewing in my head, problems, that later turn out to be the solution. After a while, everything reaches such a boiling/blasting point. On a hot sunday, all i wanted, was to enter my house. But my house keys were nowhere. Little incidents tick me off. Thankfully, I’m the sorts who eventually cools down, and feel stupid for getting worked up. After 10 minutes of fumbling and waiting, I found my housekeys, in my pocket.
MĂ ggi You will need : Kitchen A new packet off maggi noodles Taste maker (which is in the packet) Pan Aquaguard 1.5 cups water Hunger Stove Lighter Fire Wooden ladel Fork Non-stick pan
Process: Walk into the kitchen and take a black non stick pan. Ideally, a kenstar aquaguard will be preferable. However, any other will also suffice.Turn the aquaguard on. Once the water starts coming from the Aquaguard, collect it in a cup, roughly 4 inches in height, 3 and a half in diameter. This step is crucial, hence needs enough attention.
Put the gas on, keep the nonstick black pan on the gas, and pour the 1.5 cups of water, into the pan. Wait till the water comes to a boil. Take the noodles out of the packet. Break the noodle-cake into 3 parts, and add slowly to the water. Add the tastemaker, immidietly after this step. At this point, the recipe can get out of hand, hence the steps must be followed very precisely. Stir the noodles, till the soften and the tastemaker gets infused. Cook on medium flame, and stir occasionally. This recipe usually takes a while. Hence, patience is a must. Once the noodles are done cooking, drain out the extra water, if any , and transfer the noodles onto a plate. It’s best to keep them covered, and this dish tastes best accompanied by wine. Red is more suitable than white.

When I hear something important,I feel the need to pass on the information in a way, that it retains it’s importance. So yes, maybe I end up exagerating a bit much. But then again, what’s the harm? Last saturday, a couple of friends and I were sitting

Well, if I remember correctly, it was 4 pm and there were 3 dogs. But one of them DID scale our gate. I like adding little details, every now and then. It just makes things more interesting. They say that soon I’m going to become ‘the girl who cried wolf’. But then again, why should people complain? they get highly entertained.

Sometimes I think, to get through to me, especially when I’m in my ‘closed-I do not wish to communicate’ mode, people are going to start having to probe me with an eight foot pole. The other day, I was quite upset over a fIght that had happened between my sister and I.

Brocolli and mushroom lasagna
Okay, must not get distracted, I think I need to purchase a new attention span. Anyway, here is the process : For the first layer of the lasagna, put some tomato puree on the base. After this, put one layer of lasagna noodles. Now, on top of this layer, put a layer of boiled brocolli and mushroom. After this, add another layer of noodles, followed by a layer of parmesan cheese. Finally, put another layer of tomato puree and noodles. Finish by adding one last layer of grated parmesan cheese.
One layer of hyper, topped with a layer of seriousness. Another two layers of hyper and finicky. Pour some dedication on top, and sprinkle something comical. Wow, I think I’ll taste quite strange.
Find these : Tomato puree , lasagna noodles, brocolli Parmesan cheese, mushrooms.
