1 / REPURPOSE AND MAXIMIZE FLEXIBILITY.
The old leather sofa was replaced with a lighter one from another room, while an odd adjoining space became a new office and study area.
2 / UPDATE THE DECOR. We have tons of wall art and accessories such as
lamps, pillows, and decor we provide to our sellers at no cost. Here a black metal wall sculpture was perfect for the fireplace.
3 / HIGHLIGHT THE IMPROVEMENTS. Our seller had remodeled the fireplace and we wanted to show it off. We simplified the mantle decor and
added a faux fire to the fireplace in photo editing.
4 / ANCHOR THE SPACE WITH BLACK ACCENTS. We exchanged the glass coffee and end tables with black tables from our staging inventory, which balanced the look and brought more focus to the fireplace. n — S.B.
