Apertura del restaurante El Banco en Aloha Pueblo en Marbella Jueves, 11 de julio 2013 Hoy, un nuevo restaurante va a abrir en Aloha Pueblo, en Marbella, dando un nuevo impulso y un soplo de aire f resco a la antigua gastronomía de la urbanización innovando en la preparación de una deliciosa cocina de f usión internacional que se podrá degustar durante todo el día en un ambiente agradable y relajado. El restaurante pertenece a Gustavo Kiguelmam y Laura de Luca, el mismo equipo f ormado por un marido y su mujer que ya se hallan también detrás del legendario restaurante La Red situado en el paseo marítimo de Marbella, la glamourosa y elegante ciudad por excelencia de la Costa del Sol. El chef Giacomo Muzio traerá sus habilidades culinarias a este peculiar local, que ha dado a la actual monotonía del lugar un aspecto f resco y nuevo, tratando a su vez de mantener algunos de los elementos originales, como las cajas f uertes que han sido hábilmente reutilizados convirtiéndose en bastidores de vino. El acogedor restaurante cuenta además con cómodos sof ás, así como con un comedor y una amplia terraza. La comida que se def ine como cocina de f usión Internacional, está preparada siempre con los ingredientes mas f rescos y hecha siempre con amor. En el menú se incluyen pastas caseras y postres entre los que destacan los f lanes de elaboración propia. También se pueden degustar sanas ensaladas, ceviches y carnes de primera calidad, todo gracias a los propietarios de origen argentino. It serves delicious International Fusion cuisine in a relaxed environment with breakf ast, lunch, dinner and everything in between, something which local residents commented has been missing f rom the Pueblo. T he restaurant has been opened by Gustavo Kiguelmam and Laura de Luca, the husband and wif e team behind the legendary La Red restaurant on Marbella’s beachf ront who bring their vast experience to this new enterprise. T he establishment, even though it was over run by people wanting to see the outcome of the owner’s second restaurant opening, was clean and easy on the eye. For those of you, who have eaten at the La Red, should def initely try the owner’s new restaurant, El Banco. At the opening they launched the restaurant’s loyalty card which will reward regular customers with f ree glasses wine and even a meal worth €50 if they return and get their card stamped. T his is something that businesses in the UK constantly use and now can be used here. Peruvian Chef Giacomo Muzio is working his culinary magic in the kitchen which was showcased at the opening with lovely skewers of prawn and octopus ceviche, succulent chicken with curry sauce, little spoons of quinoa salad and Aubergine Parmigiana, and lots of toasted corn and yuca to nibble on.
